We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

A spacious wellness area features a modern freestanding bathtub, complemented by warm brick walls and wooden flooring. Soft lighting from wall sconces adds ambiance, while a potted plant and a wooden stool enhance the serene environment. A sauna is visible in the background.

This modern and spacious apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood of Malasaña. It has been recently renovated and it is our home when we stay in Madrid. It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
