Sergio und Anna sind bezaubernde Gastgeberinnen, jederzeit gab es die Möglichkeit zum Kontakt, sehr freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Super Lage mit herrlichem Weitblick von der Terrasse. Durch die Höhenlage gab es auch an sehr heißen Tagen immer frische Luft. Wer abseits der Touristenzentren Ruhe und Erholung sucht, findet diese bei Sergio uns Anna in Parzanica. Prima Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Dorf und gute Pizzeria.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa era esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza, rispondendo sempre rapidamente. Consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo!

A beautiful apartment in a lovely location with fabulous views over Lake Garda. Inside super clean and tidy with marble floor keeping it super cool. Plenty of space for two people inside and outside on the large terrace with tables and chairs, loungers by the poolside and a fantastic brick built bbq for use. Set up on the lakeside up a steepish hill and a 1km walk into town if on foot - good exercise! Apartment had everything you needed to get away from it all - no tv which we didn't miss but good wifi and music sonos. Everything was excellent and we fully relaxed here and really enjoyed our stay. Simon and Andrea were super helpful hosts and went above and beyond to assist us. We would thoroughly recommend staying here to explore this lovely part of Italy.

We had a great stay here - the place exceeded expectations ! Comfy beds and pillows, spacious and modern, nice garden with patio and pool plus lake view.

Wir waren mit 7 Freunden für ein Wochenende hier und wir haben es geliebt. Das absolute Highlight war der Garten, dieser ist unglaublich schön. Und auch der Hinterhof mit dem Grill war super! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 jungen Frauen und waren 3 Nächte im Mai hier. Wir wollten garnicht mehr weg! Es ist traumhaft schön, noch besser als erwartet. Das fasst die Bilder garnicht auf. Es ist sehr sauber und bietet sehr viel Platz, die Küche war super ausgestattet (auch mit Gewürzen, Zucker etc. und italienischem Kaffee!) und dann noch die Aussicht - wirklich atemberaubend! Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön, idyllisch und ruhig. Ein riesen Dankeschön an Roger der jederzeit erreichbar ist und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ist, und auch ein riesen Dankeschön an Enzo, der sich vor Ort liebevoll um uns gekümmert hat, immer erreichbar war, uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen hat und auch noch extra um 21 Uhr in seinen kleinen Supermarkt gekommen ist um uns zu bedienen. Wir schwärmen immer noch von unserer Reise - wenn wir wieder mal zum Gardasee kommen, werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!

Location location location. It doesn’t get better than this! Just look through the other reviews to know what to expect with keeping the history intact, it’s a beautiful antique villa with some of the best views in Lago di Garda! Everything was walkable, and they had all the necessities to make our entire family, including our one year old daughter, feel comfortable and welcome. Just make sure you double check where the entrance is so you don’t get surprised with the pedestrian walk!

Das Inserat ist wirklich super gelegen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Natur um das Haus macht es zusammen mit dem Baustil zu einem besonderen Ort. Durch die Bade und Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls viele verschiedene Konstellationen möglich. Die Gastgeber halfen uns auch jederzeit bei Fragen und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele, Parkmöglichkeiten etc.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa am Comer See! Die Lage direkt am See ist einfach unschlagbar – der private Seezugang war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt für entspannte Stunden am Wasser. Die Villa war nicht nur stilvoll und sehr sauber, sondern auch leicht zu erreichen, was die Anreise angenehm unkompliziert machte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell in der Kommunikation.

Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen (11 Personen). Hat alles sehr gut geklappt und das Haus ist wunderschön.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Wir hatten ein super verlängertes Wochenende. Man fühlt sich in der Villa sehr wohl, da sie sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Aussicht auf den See war Top und auch der Pool!

Wir hatten die ganze Unterkunft für unsere Gruppe gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden und vor allem der Block von Pool auf den Gardasee ist unbeschreiblich. Der Kontakt mit Silvia war super einfach und sie war sehr hilfsbereit!

Matteo’s place is even more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures. We were blown away by the property, inside and out. The property is right next to a walking path that brings you down into the town. The path is definitely not for the faint of heart as it’s very steep, but there are some beautiful viewing points. If you have the proper shoes and don’t mind a bit of a workout, it’s great. For the most part, taxis are readily available to/from the town. There’s also a hotel with a restaurant and another restaurant about 10 mins walking from the Airbnb which was great when we didn’t feel like going back down into town. If you’re looking for a place with privacy, views, a pool, and plenty of space, this is the place.

Michèle's place is great, the view is breathtaking overlooking all of Lago di Garda. The place is very quiet and private but at the same time only a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, Salo Center and beaches. Michèle was super helpful, always reachable and responds within minutes.

This Villa was incredible, all of the rooms were furnished beautifully and the place was spotless and fully stocked. It honestly has everything you needed for a trip, with lots of well thought out spaces to fully utilise the Villa and not feel on top of each other. Matteo was the best host!! Very flexible and responsive which always makes you feel reassured when visiting a new place. His level of knowledge was very helpful and gave us lots of useful/local recommendations which we made full use of. In particular we'd highlighly recommend Consolini Boats if you want a tour of the lake or chef Roberto Abbaditi who make our trip extra special. The villa itself is in a great location, with lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance alongside a supermarket at the end of the road. We had a wonderful trip with most of us visiting Lake Garda for the first time but vowing to come back, most of that down to Matteo, the villa and the wonderful recommendations!

Alexia was a superb host, friendly and helpful. The villa was a great place to unwind after attending our son's wedding and offered everything for eight wedding guests. A lovely secluded pool, plenty of kitchen and houshold supplies, lots of own eggs and vegetables. Oh! and two friendly dogs. Kelvin Roberts.

Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien. Ruhige Gegend und ein toller Garten mit Pool. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Unkompliziertes check in und check out! Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Fotos. Die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück hat viele Möglichkeiten geboten sich aufzuhalten, man konnte also sowohl Sonne tanken als auch den Schatten auf der Terrasse genießen. In die Ortschaft selbst gelangt man am besten - wie von Stefania empfohlen - mit dem Bus, zu Fuß wäre es wohl eine zu weite Strecke. Stefania hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hilfreiche Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Die Straße hat uns persönlich gar nicht gestört, es sollte einen aber bewusst sein, dass das Haus nicht abgelegen liegt. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet (war nicht auf allen Fotos ersichtlich)

Our stay at the villa was great. The views and outdoor spaces were our favorite part. While the kitchen is small, it’s very well equipped. Our family enjoyed cooking, eating our meals on the patio with the beautiful views and playing pool! The weather was unfortunately not the best during our visit, so we only got to use the swimming pool once, which was great.

I have stayed there twice (as a family of four), and it has always been a great experience. Will stay there again later this year. The pool is clean and big, and fun for the kids. The location is just 10 minutes from Lazise or Bardolino, and a great pizzeria is a 3-minute walk away. The host is super nice and helpful, and the apartment has everything you need
