The spa and the garden without neighbors are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. The accommodation is true to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

A haven of peace! A sublime building renovated and tastefully decorated and with stunning views of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well-equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! A real gem worthy of an architect's magazine! BRAVO and THANK YOU

We spent a night with this family and it was a wonderful experience. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and warm — a real lovely family! The house is beautiful, very clean, well-decorated and comfortable. The location is also ideal: quiet, pleasant, while remaining close to amenities. We felt right at home. In a romantic village in southern France, this property is breathtaking. Even more beautiful than the pictures, it is a peaceful and large house, beautifully decorated for a luxurious stay with friends/family or to host events. The terrace is well maintained with plenty seating. Although the pool was broken during our stay, we were allowed access to the rooftop jacuzzi of the neighboring apartment. The kitchen had so many more amenities than you could need with beautiful plates and mugs. All that was listed on Airbnb was found in the house. Every room, bathroom and bed was pristinely clean and tidy. Any issues were dealt with promptly by Léa who lived nearby. If you are planning on visiting the region during your stay, I would highly recommend hiring a car as there is only one bus route to Pezenas. Thank you again for your warm hospitality.

We felt very comfortable. The reception was very kind. The beach right in front of the apartment is very nice and not crowded. The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is tastefully decorated. The view is great.

Very well located apartment facing the port and next to the sea. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful to see. The location allows you to do anything on foot (beach, restaurant, shop, promenade, etc.). A clean and welcoming place to spend a vacation alone or with others. The host is very welcoming and responds quickly to your questions. Very happy with my stay. I would love to come back. I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We had a very pleasant weekend in this beautiful apartment with sea views. Ideally located between the nearby beach and the center of Valras. Marie-Jo is very responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend it.
