Véronique gave us an excellent welcome, always available and full of good advice. Delicate touches awaited us upon arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment, impeccably clean, is located in a quiet and secure residence. The bedding is particularly comfortable. We would highly recommend this property! We'll be happy to go back!

We spent 14 days in this beautiful apartment. It really corresponded exactly to the presentation on the Internet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. Air conditioning and the awning over the balcony made the stay very pleasant. In general, the apartment offers all the comforts we had hoped for. Beautiful views of the promenade and harbor from the balcony. The car could be parked in a separate garage in an underground garage, so the car was safe and we could always get into a cool vehicle. The area is very suitable for activities by bike or car. We visited the cities and the markets in Séte, Narbonne, Beziers, etc. That was always very nice. The surrounding beaches are easily accessible by car or partly by bike. They are clean and the water is very clear. The contact with Isabelle was always very positive. I'm sure we'll be back!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is ideally located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared a lot of good addresses, especially for eating well and enjoying the stay. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I'd go back there without a second thought! Thank you.

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with nice volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to Gruissan, we would not hesitate to return to your apartment.

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

Very nice small apartment on the 3rd floor, beautiful sea view, a separate bedroom + beds on mezzanine, well-equipped and clean. Proactive hosts provide all check-in and checkout instructions. Very good!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette area. Small terrace very nice despite the view of the shopping street and I appreciated the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the reservation is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure for cooking or simply enjoying. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a real little slice of heaven for a relaxing vacation.

Everything went well at Patrick's, we were warmly welcomed by Ronan and he gave us some great tips. This is the second time I've been to Patrick's and I enjoyed our stay again.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We are very happy with our stay in Gruissan. The center is very nice, the walk to the beach of the Chalets and along the sea is very invigorating. The harbor and its restaurants are very attractive.
