Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

Excellent stay, a wonderful view of the beach, the accommodation is exactly as described, the water tank always has water ready to use. Mrs. Pilar is very friendly and always helpful. 100% recommended stay to relax and enjoy the view. PS: I recommend bringing paper to light the fire more easily. We had never used one, but we lit it without much difficulty.

A great house to share with family and friends. Entertainment for the little ones and the big ones. Very comfortable and has everything.

The house is beautiful. Excellent views, gardens and impeccable pool. A complete semi-covered quincho with a gas grill. Area to light a campfire outside that we enjoy with the children. The 5 super complete agitations and with a private bathroom. The host is very friendly, always willing to help with questions about using the house and things to do in the area. We had an amazing family weekend. Highly recommended.

The apartment is nicer than in the photos, the bed is super comfortable, beautiful view, it has everything to cook and spend a pleasant stay. We had sunny days and the view was beautiful. The building is quite old, but the apartment is in very good condition. The location is excellent, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and in Viña you can walk everywhere. The parking entrance is quite narrow for a large car, you have to park carefully.

Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

The accommodation is perfect in location and convenience. Everything is very close and there are many restaurants nearby, ideal for a long day and having somewhere to dine nearby. The shower is strong and very hot, ideal for cold days. The hosts were very friendly and everything was very clear for access. Highly recommended

The wonderful view, the spectacular place!

All very good. apartment well located. Excellent neighborhood. New building. Voltaria for sure. The only point of attention is that on the front avenue there is a lot of noise from passing cars, whoever is most sensitive to noise may be bothered. Excepting that the rest is perfect.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold, since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony, which provided remarkable warmth, apart from the safety in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time, so we'll definitely be back

I would recommend Tommas’ condo to anyone looking to visit Valparaiso! The area was safe and had walkable bars and restaurants nearby and even a cafe on the street level floor of the building. Tommas was responsive and helpful. We accidentally deadbolted the door and locked ourselves out the first night (don’t ask, tired travelers lol) and Tommas quickly sent a friend over with a special key to get us back into the condo even though it was late at night. It had a spectacular view, comfortable beds, in-building laundry and was just what we needed after our 4-day Inca trek in Peru. We felt as though we had stepped into another universe! Could not recommend more.

I loved the place, very comfortable, beautiful and with a spectacular view!! ... the host was very attentive, I went with my pets and we had a great time... I'm sure I'll be back!!
