A very well organized and beautiful room. Quick response and easy access. We were able to park just outside the inn without a problem. It is very close to the elevator that leads to the Cerro Alegre and also close to the plan. The only problem was with the WiFi since it connected but did not give internet. Everything else is fine.

Everything very good host, very kind and responsible

Ricardo and the other people in the accommodation are very friendly, patient and with excellent service, being able to arrive early or leave luggage is always a plus for travelers. The house is beautiful, very classic porteña, and the environment is unbeatable for my taste

Everything is very clean, organized and complete, but to be able to cook it needs a little ventilation, everything else is excellent!

The place was very clean, everything as seen in the photos. The shower had nice continuous warm water, and the beds were very soft. Ideal for us as a short intermediate stay.

the location is perfect for those who come or go from the airport and Santiago remains easily accessible thanks to collective taxis. We cyclists found enough to sleep, make the transition of our bike boxes to the airport and left the guard of these cartons and luggage to make a short stay in Valparaiso! Fernando is attentive, well organized, friendly, and has good tips.

The owner is very friendly and flexible, the comfortable beds and the good place to walk to the beach, the malls, the bus stop or some restaurant. Enough space for everything and quiet area.

Very comfortable place, it had everything you need both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms/bathroom. Communication with the host was very good what made the stay more enjoyable.

The place is beautiful and the best thing is that it solved a big problem that arose. The app listed a place that was already booked and she gave me a better option and for the same price. Grateful and recommended.

Great location, right next to the Cejer terminal and steps from the square. Very friendly and concerned host. The residential complex has everything you need to be comfortable and rest peacefully.

The space was cozy and clean, it looked exactly like the photos provided. She was a great, responsive host. We also had breakfast provided which did the job. The location was perfect as it’s right next to the town centre. We came to visit the Cruz Del Sur Observatory which was only a 10 minute drive away, so it was very comfy for us. Overall would recommend 100% very beautiful town.

I have been on other occasions and what I have to say is that I had the opportunity to meet other hostels in Santiago but here is a place you feel at home. All the people are super friendly and you feel very quiet. There is nothing negative here, on the contrary, only positive points. The location is great and the Ari always very cordial. I will always return to this place that has a place in my heart. Here you do not create friendships, you create a family 🙏🏻

LLegue late and even so I was attentive to my arrival for check-in, attentive to what I needed and offering solutions for my case with much earlier than usual departure. The attention was very pleasant and it is a very recommended stay, especially considering the value and the location.

Great Hostel!!

Excellent value for money, it meets what it says is not luxurious or from the other world but it is quite good for what it costs also that you have access to all the common areas, kitchen, patio, living room etc. Everything is quite clean and tidy, I would definitely come back again

A good experience, spacious and comfortable. You can circulate through all common areas and make use of them as well. I would stay there again on a future visit to Santiago for its central and safe location.
