Very well located, comfortable and very good host

Excellent value for money. The house is extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable, with great heating for winter in all rooms. Kitchen well equipped with the essentials. The view of the sunset is indescribable. Very close to the lifting means (lift). The host is just amazing. Thoughtful, helpful, and always ready to answer our questions. We had an issue with the hot water, which was resolved in less than five minutes! And I have years of experience with Airbnb, AvantStay, and others, and I've never seen anything like this. I will definitely recommend the place to friends And when I return to La Parva I will certainly try to return to the same place

A house that catches the eye just by seeing its facade, but when you enter and live there you'll fall in love with it. In a beautiful place, quiet, surrounded by trees and steps from the sea, with all the comforts and kindness of your host always trying to answer and resolve doubts or possible problems. 100% recommended and eager to return.

This is the second time staying where Mercedes. The house is impeccable and everything with great taste the atmosphere is very quiet and Mercedes is a very good host. She recommended places to visit in Santiago and restaurants near the house, I was more than happy , widely recommended for people who like tranquility and very well connected with the metro. The Principe de Wales station is no more than minutes walk away

We were extremely well hosted by Fresia who gave us the right tips in La Parva. El Refugio exceeded our expectations, very well maintained, fully equipped, with a spectacular view and location. Not to mention the ski conditions that were great. We hope to return as soon as possible!

Beautiful property with beautiful views. Walking distance to the ski lift was very convenient. William was great at communication and we appreciated Sak cleaning the place for us each day. Highly recommend.

A place with a very nice view, to spend a few days of preference as a family, since the area is very residential and does not allow high noise after 7 pm. Next door is the ski center, very good for beginners in this sport. Bernard was really nice to us, he immediately helped us with what we required and/we consulted.

A very good place to stay as a family, 3 consecutive years that we stayed with my family. The sector is very quiet, the pool we always enjoyed it very much, everything very close to the beach and places to walk and enjoy the surroundings.

Very nice house located on the heights of Navidad with a very beautiful panaromic, very quiet. The house is well-equipped, and the bedding is excellent. The pool is small, well heated and very pleasant. Miguel is available and active. According to the recommendations, we were equipped with a 4X4, which made it easy to access the house! We recommend Miguel's house!
