Welcome, we rent an apartment attached to the house, totally independent, has a kitchenette, double bed, private bathroom, wifi, TV, netflix, refrigerator and basic services. We are located in Recreo, a quiet place with a privileged view, 10 minutes from downtown Viña del Mar and 15 minutes from downtown Valparaiso. Close to beaches and all the attractions that the city has. One parking space measuring 4.30 meters x 2.50 meters x 1.79 meters and another large one at the neighboring house.

Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

You should bring your personal items such as towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The tap water is not recommended for cooking or drinking, for that bring water in containers.
