Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

Spacious and quiet accommodation with a fenced garden and a spas in the veranda. You can have pizzas parties with the wood burning oven. Very quiet neighborhood despite the proximity of the church, the bell tower only rings at 12: 00 and 19: 00. In the village there is a football stadium, a bowling alley and children's games. Departure from many bike or walking tours. You are 5 minutes by car from a large area on Gap. Rambaud is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
