Perched 800ft above sea level with panoramic ocean views from La Jolla to Catalina Island, Casa Grotto is a unique stone studio carved into the ocean view hillside of Lake San Marcos . Built in the 80's using stone from the mountain, the space was updated in 2025 with modern touches—featuring a rock shower, full kitchen, AC, and gym. Just 20 minutes from the beach, it’s a dreamy escape for surfers, hikers, and couples looking for a romantic getaway. No pets—our two friendly boxers live on-site

Sunset Dome

Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.

Wishing Well Mini Ranch is a peaceful two-acre property with a few unique vintage stays and friendly farm animals. The Tipi is a spacious, cozy retreat with a private bathroom, queen bed plus two twins, hot shower, mini kitchen, Wi-Fi, and propane fire pit. Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
