Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

The host reached out to me for an eta and kept regular contact on our way to the house. We were shown our parking space and how to get around the town. The house was beautiful, spotless, and much nicer than the pictures revealed. Loved that there were two balconies on each side of the house so you could choose sun or no sun. Our friends went to the beach and we went to wineries, so it was a great location.

Structure in a great position above the Turchino Trabocco. Terrace with sea view, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked apartment. New fixtures and although the structure is close to the Adriatic (and I would say thankfully) you can't hear anything inside. Cross the road and you are on the bike path and the sea!!! Daniel who followed us and Mrs. Ylenia who provided us with the initial information were very neat and punctual. We found a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Great - 5 stars ⭐️

Ernestina is a very thorough, attentive and helpful host. The house perfectly matches the photos and description, the location is perfect for reaching both the coast and the hinterland. It is very spacious and complete with everything you could need. Everything is beautiful and perfect, thanks Ernestina, we will definitely see each other again.

* best location, from balcony best sea view. Beach just in front of the property. Food locations are just near by. Enough parking space around just in 200m or even in front of the apartment. * Rosanna’s Each and every recommendation about food was fantastic. So don’t forget to ask her. * apartment has everything required for us. * thank you for complementary local sweets and drink.
