The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
