We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Maurine and the hosts of this AirBNB! This house is truly a gem and exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about this property- from the comfortable, homey setting to the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. Directions and communication were clear and guest friendly. On behalf of the 5 of us, on our girls' getaway, we thank you all wholeheartedly and are already planning on returning next April! Thank you for sharing this truly special home with us. It was a perfect 5 star get-away from beginning to end!

Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding! We chose Jana & Peter’s accommodations to host a reunion of friends and family . The house layout flowed well. Fully stocked kitchen that we used to make dinners. Beautiful deck with the hot tub and beautiful scenic views. It seemed that they had thought of everything that we may need and it was exactly where it was supposed to be. They were responsive and kind hosts who really wanted us to have a great time. We made new cherished memories here and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Stunning views! Home is amazing! House was well equipped. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances pots and pans and kitchen tools. Lots of warm blankets throughout the house.

My wife and I were meeting long time friends and their adult daughter, everyone was delighted with this house. Not only is it in a great setting but everything is just right. From communication with Bill to his helpful guidebook to the very nice pots and pans we used to cook each day. The house is beautiful and is spotless throughout. The windows and doors are new and keep the space peaceful. There are (to my count) 10 separate seating areas outside, we used 9! Bocce ball was fun and we had dinner outside. The spa was the right temperature and simple to use. The furniture and linens were great. And the views perfectly framed…. Beautiful landscaping with water features and abundant olive trees and large mature trees. Gorgeous The only downside was that we had to leave. It wasn’t inexpensive but we certainly were happy with the experience for what we paid, I’d be more than happy to visit again.

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.

This well-maintained house is equipped with high-quality amenities and everything one might need. The home is very comfortable, neat, and exceptionally clean. We had a couple of toddler grandchildren with us, and my daughter greatly appreciated the availability of toys and a pack-and-play at the house. The kitchen was immaculate and furnished with quality appliances. The hosts were accommodating regarding an early check-in and were highly responsive to any inquiries posed. They were also very friendly. The backyard is quite pleasant and serves as an excellent location to enjoy morning coffee. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to American Canyon and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Sabrina's place was a great location. We were in Vallejo for our son's wedding. it was close to the bride hotel room, the venue, great places to eat and Six Flags . The first king bed was perfect for us, the servings one for our daughter and son-in-law and other (I forget what size) was just right for our adult son). Free parking in the house's 2 car garage. It's a great location to stay if you're exploring the bay area. Sabrina was quick to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend Sabrina's place.

We could not have picked a better place for my mother’s 80th birthday party. The home had family heirlooms and a historic feel that gave all a sense of being at an auntie’s house. The hosts Leslie and John were incredible and gave us the history of their family home. It made us feel extra special and honored to stay there. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her stay and party! It was comfortable for the 10 family members who stayed. Each room had their own character and charm. And the beds were very comfortable. Though the hosts were not seen after the intro, we would not have mind them joining the party! They felt like family to us. We absolutely highly recommend this home and would return for our next family event. Thanks again Leslie and John for such amazing accommodations. Much appreciated!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We went to Napa for a festival, and the location was perfect, near a lot of markets, and near the venue. The place was just like the pictures and we wished we had more time to enjoyed the beautiful patio. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Our family of 5 had a great stay for our two weeks.The house is older but clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Entry by code was simple. Close enough to the freeways. Napa is less than a 15 minute drive. Loved the kitchen with new appliances, plenty of counter space. Basic amenities. We all slept very well in comfortable, clean beds. The neighborhood is working class with friendly neighbors. Parking is on the street.We had no problems with enough room for two vehicles. I've stayed at the local hotels/motels and this was so much nicer. We could prepare our own meals and go about our day to return to relax and visit with each other in comfort. The back patio is private and a nice place to have morning coffee. Saulino was attentive and a kind host who reached out to see if we needed anything to make our stay better. I would definitely stay again and recommend this cute little home to anyone looking for a good safe place in Vallejo.

Brian & Hannah, Were very gracious hosts. Their home is very quaint. Brian and Hannah check on you just enough. We felt very relaxed in atmosphere. The home has the right amount of coziness and ambiance. It’s decorated with a lot of homey touches. The community and the neighborhood is very safe, peaceful and welcoming. The local faire and shops are convenient. The CC cafe has a great offering on their menu and the food is really good and reasonably priced. Met a few local folks and at night the scenery and views will let you drift away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Book this home, it will not disappoint. We will definitely come again

Beautiful and well restored home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here. Brittany was extremely responsive and the home was very clean. We did have an issue with the fans working, but luckily it cools down so much at night time that it was not a problem in the end. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a short but sweet stay—just one night while visiting Six Flags with my siblings. The place was exactly what we needed: cozy, cute, and welcoming. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by how charming it was when we walked in. Even with one bathroom, there was enough hot water for all seven of us to shower, which was a huge bonus! I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable place to rest while spending most of their time out and about. Great for quick trips or activity-filled getaways!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a group getaway, to visit some wineries in the area! The house was spacious and perfect for a large group — plenty of room for everyone to relax. The backyard was a highlight for us, especially the hot tub, which we loved! The kitchen was very well stocked. We also had a baby in the group, and the house was surprisingly baby-friendly, with baby chair, crib, etc available in the house. Highly recommend for a large groups looking for a relaxing spot.

If I could give this stay six stars, I would. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. Every detail felt intentional—from the plush towels and cozy bedding to the board games and record player that made our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, & spacious interior. What truly made this stay top tier, was the hosts. Billy & Naomi were incredibly responsive, patient & kind. This place didn’t just meet expectations—it created memories for me and my family. Book it. Stay longer than you planned. You’ll thank yourself later.

Koko is a wonderful host! She was very communicative and checked in on us often throughout our stay. She even had some champagne available for us to enjoy during our trip! This house is spacious and with 6 guests we had a lot of room to move around. We loved having 3 bathrooms so each couple could have their own. The bedrooms themselves were also very clean with very comfortable beds. We also felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to make breakfast in the mornings before heading out for the day. We were also pretty close to downtown Napa, about 15-20 min without traffic, but expect 30-40 during long weekends/big events. Loved that we were able to check in early and check out late since we were attending bottlerock the whole weekend. Would highly recommend this and any other property Koko offers!

Perfect place for our group. We went on the Napa valley wine train and staying in Vallejo was a smart choice. It was only a 30 minute drive and well worth the price for the home as compared to Napa where everything was vastly overpriced. Danielle was great! Very communicative, kind, and helpful. We would definitely stay at her property again.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. with it's a beautiful orange tree in the backyard. Richard was an excellent host, always available. We would definitely rent again.
