Dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs welcome, $50 per pet fee, must be crated if left alone in the house. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.

An authentic Colorado experience 15 minutes from downtown Durango! Tex's Tavern is conveniently located at La Ponderosa, a multi cabin property equipped with many outdoor amenities! BBQ area, outdoor fire pit, lit up recreation area with hot tub and yard games! Seasonally, we have an organic vegetable and medicinal garden for guests to experience what Colorado country living is like! Cookie and Kareem, our mini donkey and fainting goat, are here to welcome you!

Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
