Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

The living area features a spacious sectional couch dressed in gray fabric, accompanied by vibrant red and black throw blankets. Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect! We have upgraded our internet and are averaging speeds over 100 MBPS.
