Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vallecito Reservoir

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Kristen’s condo! I personally think it’s even nicer in person than what they’re able to depict in the pictures. The area was gorgeous, peaceful, and comfy. The club property that it’s in also has so much to it; we took advantage of the gym, got some gelato from one of the restaurants, and took a walk on the huge property. It was a little chilly in the apartment when we went (but not terribly so / winter conditions) and so it was a little confusing figuring out how to get the bedroom specifically comfortable temp wise for us. There’s a lot of blankets to use that solved the situation for us though. The bed was also very comfy! But everything else was great!

The riverside cottage was so quaint and comfortable. The area was beautiful and peaceful. We even had several deer and families of geese right outside our door. It was beyond our expectations.

We thought the pictures looked inviting and the reality was even better. This was a charming apartment, thoughtfully furnished with a wonderful kitchen. The decor was thoughtful, the host wonderful. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay and hope to return someday!

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Julia's place! It was even more than we could've asked for. Incredibly spacious and fit our crew of 6 with no problem! Plenty of space to sleep, eat and relax all together. Had a pack n play and toys for the baby! The location was incredibly beautiful and quiet. We had deer and turkeys in the backyard every single day! Julia was very responsive and we had no problems with checking in or checking out! It was all very smooth and stress free! We will definitely be back!

What a delightful place! It was very clean and the location was perfect as it was super quiet and had great views. We absolutely loved the vintage touches and the colors in the bathroom were so fun! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for food preparation. It was easy to get to Durango as well as Mesa Verde which made seeing the area great. Martha was excellent at communicating with us. It was a wonderful place for our reunion getaway.

Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. Sarah made the whole experience for all guests very memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. We couldn’t say enough about the house, the stay, or the host. Highly recommend for your stay in Durango!

Our stay at Jamie’s house was wonderful! Jamie is an excellent host and the house is located in a lovely neighborhood with mountain views from the front balcony and deer in the backyard! We stayed at Jamie’s place for our wedding weekend and our friends and family loved to spend time in the house relaxing after activities during the day. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will stay here again next time we are in Durango.

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

My mother and I enjoyed staying at this private, quiet, and conveniently located condo in Pagosa Springs. Great amenities including a washer and dryer, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The home had a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, and much more! The only drawback was that the WiFi internet was down the entire trip. Not a fault of the hosts, who were responsive and proactive as the situation was beyond their control. I would recommend considering a new internet provider if available as Zito is negatively reviewed in the area or providing access to a hotspot in case of outages.

We stayed 4 nights. The area is beautiful. We loved the peaceful and quiet surroundings. It is away from "town" but we enjoyed the beautiful drive. It was small but comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location between Silverton and Durango. Very clean. Stayed here in the summer for hiking and enjoyed all the natural light the space offers- but maybe bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in a bit in the morning. Would stay again!

Beautiful house! the host was awesome, My daughter left her toy purse at the house and she offered to send it back which is super nice. I would 100% recommend

This was a fantastic stay for a quick work trip. Loved that there was designated parking, overflow/ visitor parking as well. The location is central to everything and had walkable amenities nearby. Great restaurants and a handy co-op within a few minutes walk. The airbnb had everything I needed and was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Thanks again for a great stay!

I would 100% recommend Josh's place -- it's fresh and modern, has every amenity plus a sweet rooftop patio -- it was so easy and comfortable to be here. I was immediately at home. It's a short walk to downtown Durango, and the wonderful Coop grocery store is right across the street. Josh was quick to respond and friendly. I would stay here again!
