You can leave the house to walk, jog or take a bike ride to ride in the mountains. The house is a very good size, it has a huge garden of 5000 m2 with a beautiful view of the mountains, it has an aqueduct and a beautiful pond, a campfire area, a barbecue to prepare roasted meats, an indoor and outdoor fireplace to enjoy with the family!

Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You will need to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be dirt or dust in the outdoor area.
