We had an amazing time staying in this incredible home! The host and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Alvaro was very responsive and helpful in getting our trip organized. The food prepared by Male and staff was delicious and helped to make our experience unique and relaxing. Our group of 9 loved the hot tub, view, the many birds that we could watch and listen to, the comfortable beds and pillows, and the many places in the home to sit and relax (especially the deck and outdoor nook). We enjoyed exploring the area and felt very safe and able to come and go from our oasis as we pleased. Staying in this lovely home with the wonderful host and staff helped to make our vacation extra special and we are so grateful to have found this gem! Thank you!!

Our stay was excellent! The place was as described: clean, comfortable and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The location was ideal, a very quiet atmosphere. Victorino was very attentive and responded promptly to all our questions. I would definitely recommend this place. We'd love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this most amazing and unique home! The house is set into the cliff, with stunning views of the lake from most bedrooms, plus the multiple terraces. Tatiana Elena was so responsive and wonderful, and Jacky was just the best and so helpful, we are grateful for their hospitality. Stairs to the pool are long, but it's a gorgeous setting once you're there - we didn't want to leave. The house is well-situated, very easy walk to town and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for an incredible stay!

We loved the house, super spacious, nice decoration and excellent view and location near the lake, Hilda was super attentive, she guided us all the way, and gave us good suggestions and was attentive all the time, we love her hahaha

Mr. Diaz and Mr. Venancio were very kind to receive us, very attentive when we arrived and left, they clearly explained how to get there and even gave me some recommendations for routes to take depending on where I was going Recommended

The house is very nice, it is very well maintained, it has everything you need to enjoy it, it is secluded from everything, the perfect place to disconnect, the San Simón bakery is a few steps away and the deli food. Highly recommended!

An excellent experience from the end. From the first moment, Joselo and Omar were very attentive and communicative, making sure everything was ready for our arrival. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: it was impeccably clean, well-equipped and very tastefully decorated. The location was also perfect, with easy access to relevant places, such as restaurants, transportation, etc. I especially highlight Joselo's warmth and willingness to help us with any detail during our stay. It made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and exceptional treatment. We hope to be back soon!

100% recommended, Elsa was very friendly from the beginning to the end, solved all our doubts very quickly and explained how to get there in a very easy way. The place is better than the photos, it has an amazing view and the pool has heating then it is perfect even if it is cool. Mrs. Eva and Mr. Juan are super helpful and helped us with everything. We would love to make a return and recommend it 100%.

Amazing house and attention! The house is spotless and has many amenities. Towels, water, ice, basic cooking ingredients. Everything is very clean and tidy The location is perfect! You can walk to downtown Avandaro. And Connie, the cleaning lady, is a sweetheart, very helpful and courteous I would definitely return!

The place is just like in the photos, it is a very quiet place, we enjoyed every moment, it has a view of the lake which is very relaxing, the hosts are always very friendly and helpful, we are very grateful. The garden is very well cared for. The children and my dog enjoyed it a lot. The pool is in good condition. The water is at a very good temperature. It has the plus of the sliding roof in the pool, which is great if you don't want to sunbathe a lot. It was a wonderful place to which I would gladly return. The truth is that we all enjoyed the stay at Mario's house a lot, since it gave us a lot of peace of mind. We left the stress of work behind. Next to it, there is a restaurant with very good food and at a very good price. It was a very good experience. Congratulations on your attention and kindness.

Yoceline and Hugo were great hosts! The purpose of the trip was to rest and the house played a great role in our favor. We were accompanied by China at all times, who cleans the house and was also very helpful to us. The house is full of details and the spaces are very well used. We'll definitely be back !!!!

We had a very comfortable weekend at Arely's house, full of Mexican details, it's much more spacious than it looks, a very large and very nice garden, the terrace with a fireplace is the best, comfortable beds, with a bathroom and smart TV in each room, everything you need in the kitchen, and the staff they have are super helpful, they help you with everything so you can rest and enjoy the house, close to restaurants and the supermarket. I'm looking forward to returning, highly recommended!

The stay was amazing! The photos are short ! The place is huge and with a lot of nature where if you take your pets they are free and super cared for since everything is fenced! The cabin is super clean and well maintained, but what we loved most was Lety's food! I highly recommend them, she cooks whatever you want and also has a very good attitude and is super nice and attentive! It makes you feel at home ! Don't miss the opportunity to have Lety cook for you and assist you at all times if necessary, you won't regret it! She cooks delicious food and is always attentive to everything You need it! The place is for an incredible rest with all its green areas, such What a small forest and everything is beautiful!

Everything was great! Very spacious and comfortable spaces to be with your family! Children and adults were happy!!! To go to the lake with the kayaks you should consider your own car, which can be complicated and if you are hot bring fresh clothes for the inside of the house! The spectacular terrace and the best view!!!! The house staff are always very attentive and have everything you need and everything is well cared for and of good quality!! We will definitely recommend it!!!

Roberto is an excellent host, extremely attentive and considerate of our needs. Their staff (Cris, Ale and Lis) made our stay worth every peso. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The house is very comfortable for large groups. My only recommendation is to change the bath towels, they leave a lot of lint and do not dry anything. Other than that, everything was excellent. The jacuzzi, the fire pit, the TVs, everything was really excellent. Thank you so much for hosting us, and if you welcome us again, we'll be happy to come back!

The stay was excellent. We had our doubts due to other reviews regarding insects, but it's not bad at all. The jacuzzi is very comfortable. The view is amazing. Since it was Holy Week we could not access the club (to avoid problems with the administration) so we could not enjoy those amenities, but Miguel very kindly lent us the kayaks and was very helpful at all times. The only drawback is that the balcony doesn't have good lighting. Everything was very good, the place was quite nice and both Miguel and Mrs. Chui were very friendly and helpful.

I have had the pleasure of staying more than once in this cabin and I still think it has everything to have an amazing time. A very large grill, a fire pit, a jacuzzi that maintains an ideal temperature, a comfortable bed and the best a coating of trees that make you disconnect from the outside, as well as the security it offers when having controlled access. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Ah I don't forget to mention that the host's attention is exquisite and make you feel really at home as quickly as they react.

The house is very comfortable and is in a beautiful location. Patty, the lady who works in the house, is a lovely person and cooks delicious food. An excellent experience, highly recommended! Lourdes is a very good host.
