You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

This little village is perfect to escape from the frustrating life and noise. The appartment is new as well as everything in it. The kitchen wich is equipped with everything you need .Close to Vinkuran there is Medulin, RT Kamenjak, Premantura and Pula. There is a gas station ,a supermarket and a beautiful beach in just 5 minutes distance.

Wir waren eine Woche im Mai im Airbnb von Maja und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen: - Sauberkeit: Alle Räume der Wohnung waren sehr sauber - Ausstattung: Grundausstattung zum Kochen vorhanden (Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser/Tassen, Küchenhandtuch, Müllbeutel,...) - Atmosphäre: sehr gemütlich und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - Extras: WLAN, TV und kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden - Lage: super praktisch, sehr nah am Flughafen, nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt (Achtung: man muss sehr viele Treppen/Berge rauf und runter) Die Kommunikation mit Maja war super einfach und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung gefühlt. Tolle Lage, tolke Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Blick von der Dachterrasse, einfach nur Klasse! Konnten hervorragend alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch der dritte Stock war problemlos zu meistern. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Danke Vesna & Igor für die tolle Zeit!

Das ist unser zweiter Besuch bei der Familie Kolic. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Familie ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das war ein schöner Urlaub in Kroatien. Immer wieder gerne. Vielen herzlichen Dank, besonders an Maja!

Bojan war ein top Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft war stylisch und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ! was sehr, sehr selten ist auch praktisch. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr bequemes großes Bett, großzügige Badezimmer und eine Küchenausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lies. So macht selber kochen Spaß! Grandiose Outdoor Küche mit neuem großen Gasgrill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Bojan ist ein Gastgeber wie man ihn sich wünscht. Gerne immer wieder!

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

Our stay at Igor’s met our needs for this vacation. We wanted a base that was easily within walkable distance of local transport of beaches. We had both, the nearest beach being only 1k away. The local transport (Bus), only 2 minutes walk away, took us directly to the centre of the city and bus station, but it was only a 30/35 min walk, which we did often. We were able to travel to several parts of the coast by local transport which was inexpensive, and also enjoyable. Apartment Nina afforded us a comfortable, well maintained and clean base from which to explore. There were local amenities within easy reach and it was peaceful. If/when we visit this beautiful coastline and immensely interesting country and place again we would have no hesitation in staying at apartment Nina. Thank you Igor
