Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. Charming studio with a zen and cozy atmosphere, furnished in the attic of our pretty house. Grand view of the old wine village of Auvernier, the lake and the Alps. Access to the lake by the vineyard path in 10 minutes Train, bus and tram nearby. 6 minutes by train from Neuchâtel Private parking space in front of the house Garden area under the linden tree for picnics and relaxation

Beautiful 3.5 rooms with lake view

3.5 rooms with lake view and private garden. There are two bedrooms for 4 people. A parking space available. Very quiet area. Hot tub Painting and windows redone in May 2016 as well as the hardwood floors in both bedrooms. For a month it has been no longer allowed to use the barbecue which is in the garden. Use the small electric grill in the hallway cabinet. 3 day minimum stay.

Studio in pedestrian area, Neuchâtel city center

A proximité de la Place Pury. Au centre de la Ville de Neuchâtel, à 100m du lac, à 50m des arrêts des bus. Château, Collégiale, Musées, magasins, restaurants à proximité. Le Coteau sur le lac - 2 bedroom apartment

Le Coteau is a superb 94 m2 apartment with a 17 m2 winter garden and a 106 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps. The lake is a 10-minute walk for swimmers, the forest is 3 minutes for hikers, the supermarket is 1 minute, the bus stop is less than a minute, the train station is 5 minutes and the city center is 10 minutes. In short, great location.
