Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, comfort, and quietness, with the sound of the sea too!

Enjoy a completely renovated apartment with swimming pool, tennis and direct access to the beach. Separate bedroom with comfortable bedding, fitted and equipped kitchen, living room with a wide selection of TV channels and wifi access. A well exposed loggia, at the edge of the Dunes for moments of relaxation after the beach. Bike trails accessible from the condo. Private and local parking space by bike. Great for your vacation! The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

Guests can take advantage of the residents-only heated swimming pool between June 15 and September 15 (subject to current health rules) Sheets and towels provided
