L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di Rosignano Marittimo, piccolo paese collinare poco distante dalla Costa degli Etruschi e dal mare (circa 5 Km). È raggiungibile molto facilmente grazie alle principali arterie stradali come l'Autostrada Tirrenica e la Variante Aurelia, grazie alle quali potrai visitare anche molto agevolmente le principali Città d'Arte della Toscana, i tipici Borghi o potrai molto semplicemente godere del mare e ritornare a sera sentendoti come a casa tua.

Casa vacanze situata a 200 mt dal mare in zona centrale molto servita da negozi di vicinato. Piano terra rialzato, dotato di giardino privato dove si può pranzare, cenare o semplicemente riposare al fresco di una piacevole brezza di mare. Completamente ristrutturata, rinnovata e curata nei minimi particolari, ha una zona giorno molto ampia ed elegante con una grande vetrata che permette l'accesso al giardino. Cucina nuova dotata di lavastoviglie, due camere e il bagno totalmente rinnovati.

A 150m dal mare appartamento

L’alloggio è situato nel centro del paese, al 2’ piano a 150m dal mare, vicino a svariati servizi ( bar, alimentari, negozi, ristoranti..) e in prossimità della Piazza principale. In comune con altri ospiti c è il cortile e la lavanderia. Si trova spesso parcheggio gratuito davanti a casa. Lo stabile è situato in prossimità della Chiesa le cui campane vengono suonate allo scoccare delle ore diurne.
