The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Small apartment with bedroom and living room as well as modern bathroom. The house was completed in October 2018 according to the latest standards. With free and fast Wi-Fi (200Mbit/s), underfloor heating, digital HD TV and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chiemgau centrally located in Traunstein. The apartment is only 900 m from the city square and 350 m from the main train station. Lake Chiemsee is 10 km away. The region offers numerous leisure activities. In winter, ski/snowboard in the Alps and in summer, go swimming in the mountain lakes. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in Chiemgau and BGL. The city of Traunstein has many delicious restaurants and breweries.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

Sweet Home, 5-minute walk to Lake Chiemsee

Our 43 sqm apartment, renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished, is quietly located in the idyllic small Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters you can reach the wonderful Chiemsee shore on foot or by bike and from here you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The apartment has a 20 sqm terrace overlooking the countryside as well as direct access to the quiet communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

Quaint country cottage

Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and another very small room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This additional room is ideal for children, but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the bedroom.

Cottage flair in the heart of Chiemgau. The Häusl is an equipped wooden house in the garden of a detached house in Traunstein. Sleeping up to 2 people on about 45 square meters. Traunstein is located between Salzburg and Munich and is ideally located to experience the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee, as well as culture and cuisine. The connection by public transport is given.

Holidays in the Chieminger Nest! Modern apartment for 2 people in an idyllic, very quiet and yet central location, with seating window, kitchen and underfloor heating on two floors. The apartment also has a private terrace. A rural, 10-minute walk leads directly to the Chiemseeufer.
