Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

Due to the thick walls, there is a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming . Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walks right outside the front door. Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

Quaint country cottage

Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and another very small room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This additional room is ideal for children, but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the bedroom.

Thea vacation apartment, Chiemsee

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60 m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course Lake Chiemsee are within a few minutes' walk. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there, you can reach the semi-shady terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet.
