We had an absolutely fantastic time at Michel’s place in Marathon Key. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. With its open-concept living area, modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, it truly felt like a home away from home. The pool and dock area were ideal for relaxing and soaking in the Florida Keys atmosphere—we even spotted manatees right in the backyard! Having a private boat dock was a huge bonus and made it so easy to hop on and off the boat whenever we wanted. Michel was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We’d definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!

Perfect vacation rental. Everything we needed was available. Excellent outdoor area with a 50’ boat dock on a canal. Love the Marathon area being central to all things Florida keys!

This home was perfect for our vacation. We come to the keys multiple times a year and bring our boat. This home had everything we needed. This home is located in Key Colony Beach (Marathon, not Key Largo) . Key Colony is such a nice community with the Cabana club with a private beach and pool. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed nightly drives around this charming community. The home was much better than we expected (pictures do not display how charming this home really is). The home is a cute A-Frame with a cozy coastal feel. The kitchen was well stocked , bedrooms were large and comfortable, the driveway has ample space for a truck trailer and more. The backyard is so private and provides lots of shade . The dock was perfect for our boat on a wide canal. One recommendation would be to have a fish cleaning table. Great waterways for access to the Bayside and Atlantic. Huge wide canal. Great spot loved it, we will be back . Thank you for sharing your home with us

3/2 Stilt Home with Boat Ramp, Dockage, and Pool

This was an ideal location. The house we rented, situated conveniently above the office, perfectly matched the description. It's perfect for families who value their privacy. Guests can bring campers, RVs, or choose from hotel rooms or cabins. We opted for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, but plan to return with our extended family someday; it would be perfect for a larger group. This location is fantastic for exploring the Keys. Where else can you borrow kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, and even enjoy pickleball? The staff were wonderful throughout the entire process, from planning to departure. We felt like we made friends and were sad to leave. Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention Blaze, the sweet dog on the property. Blaze welcomed our affection and added a special touch to our stay. He certainly enjoys treats.

I greatly enjoyed staying at this peaceful house. Wonderful views of the open water and a nice pier to walk out on. The interior was warm and extremely clean. Heidi thought of all of the small details and was superb in easy and efficient communications. Highly recommend.

Michel’s home was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, his pictures do not do the home justice. Everything from the exterior finishings, interior finishings, and the outside decor is perfect for a Florida Keys vacation. The 75 ft doc had ample space, and everything from manatees to tarpon viewing was a plus. The pool is a good size and was convenient when coming off of the boat, and a cool place to hang out at night with the family. There is a fire pit, ping pong table, corn hole to keep everybody busy and happy. The breeze through the outside location made is very easy to just hang out and watch a games on the big screen tv, and the furniture was comfortable. Their is a outside freezer for bait, and ice. The propane grilled was big enough to cook the fresh caught fish, and burgers/hotdogs at the same time. The inside gave everybody their own space when needed with each bedroom having their own private bath. The kitchen has everything a family needs to cook. I rate this 5 +
