Rain ecolodge was extremely beautiful, I had a super relaxing stay and would go again 12 out of 10 stars

A BEAUTIFUL oasis and amazing deal. We felt so welcomed by the staff working there, especially Amanda. The grounds were stunning with plans through, the pool was a treat! Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. We loved our private shower outside the room. The yoga studio was stunning and such a great class. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We'll be back!

Thank You Brendan for providing this Most Fabulous Stay ! Your Lush Property with all its Flowers , relaxing ambiance , and Crystal Clear Sparkling Swimming Pool set the Perfect tone ! As for “containers” being bedroom / bath accommodations , BRILLIANT ! The rooms are well laid out , super comfortable , and the Shower is Dreamy ! We arrived for NYE , and were provided access to the Festive Celebration , next door at Fuego , with Fireworks ! From one fabulous extreme to the next , the second day and evening were super chill . Breakfast is Outstanding in the common area , the guests staying are all so laidback , and then , . . . the Yoga studio ! We practiced with a most Lovely instructor , for an evening candlelit offering . Namaste 💕 As for the Staff , all the Nice Humans took such incredible care of us ! Emily , Nicole , Chef Lady 😁 , Grounds Caretaker Gentleman and Everyone , Thank You ! This is a Gem , Super Concept All Around , Sincerest Gratitude, Peace 💕

The family owning the place were really nice and helpful (not to mention hard-working) people and went out of their way to help us in every possible way. The best part of the property is the really plentiful outdoors space with hammocks in the shadow of big trees, with tables, table tennis and a little drink bar in addition to the restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. We had the room for a family of 5 and would say that it was a bit tight in space, with a double bed and a 2 + 1 bunkbed. For 2-3 people it would be quite roomy, larger than average hotel room.

Jon's place was a dream. The apartment is beautiful, nestled in gardens in the jungle. The location is so scenic, with an incredible view of the ocean from the deck. There's a lovely yoga shala that we loved practicing in. The kitchen is well stocked, and we loved cooking every night. The bedroom, bathrooms and whole house is very clean. We felt right at home. Jon is a welcoming, kind and fantastic host. He let us use the yoga shala and deck as much as we wanted, and even gave us rides into town when he could. We felt very safe and comfortable, which was a big deal to my partner and I, as we are a queer couple. We already miss our new friend! The apartment is located about 45 minutes up a steep mountain road. I didn't read the listing carefully, so I thought it was a bit closer to the beaches of Dominicalito. Even with the blisters from all the walking, we had absolutely no regrets though! We just wished we'd rented a car. Learn from us 😂

Severine and her husband Mark were very friendly hosts. Our place on stilts was a dream come true and decorated with a lot of love. Delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend this place to our friends

I think it's one of the hotels I liked the most on the beaches of CR!! Surrounded by nature, two beautiful pools!! In front there is a huge and delightful river for swimming, the service is amazing!! They welcome you with a drink and say goodbye with a bag of candy. A note with our name was waiting for us in the room, welcoming us!! I would simply come back 1000 times!! The restaurant is delicious! We ate there several times and it was always delicious.

This is “”THE” place if you are looking for living amidst nature, woken up by birds chirping and howls of the howler monkeys, to have the sounds of a flowing stream as your companion coupled with superlative customer services! It can become a little hot and humid in the tents during the day in rainy seasons but gets better by evening and night! We would love to be back!

I cannot express enough on how wonderful my experience was—I would recommend to all! Katie & Luis were beyond welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. It’s clear much love was put into the place down to the small details. I’m a solo traveler and I really appreciated the shared space (super clean) & meeting the fellow guests. I will be visiting again!

Wow. Everything about my stay was perfect. Hotel Daleese is absolutely beautiful, so clean, so peaceful. It has everything I needed and more. What really made it so great for me were the hosts - Rosa and Dave. They gave me such a warm welcome, helped me with my bags, gave me a tour, checked on me, answered my million questions. I felt so safe and so taken care of. The dinner I was served was delicious and the hospitality was truly the best I’ve ever experienced. I felt at home the entire time. Extra things I really appreciated: great AC, great wifi, gorgeous little pool with music, intimate private patio, plenty of kitchen supplies and easy to work TV, gated property and best of all - they set up a private driver to take me back to the airport that made me feel safe and got me there on time. This place is especially perfect for solo traveler.

There were two of us and we had room no. 4. It is large, spacious, clean. As elsewhere in the area, there is no running hot water. But that doesn't matter at the hot temperature. Katie is super friendly and helpful. The small pool is refreshing and the shared kitchen invites you to get in touch with the other guests. There are a few options for great excursions. We had a wonderful stay!

What a stunning place. The secluded jungle setting and staff were amazing. We spent our day in the pool and the night in the hot tub, the perfect combo to relax. The activities were super fun! The hot tub movie night was the perfect time to meet other people, and the yoga classes in the morning were the perfect complement to my stay.

Beautiful hidden garden, with lovely rooms and great common areas, like pool and outdoor kitchen. Lush and tranquil, perfect for relaxing. Scott was very warm and friendly and helpful in every way. we loved his place, truly recommend it.

This place is beyond what you can imagine. Amazing view on the ocean, surrounded by a beautiful jungle and the beach is only few minutes walking distance (totally worth it!) The room was clean with nice furniture. David has been a wonderful host! Very kind and available at any time. Pablo, the guardian, was there at any time for any needs, caring and able to make everything perfect. They provided us with fresh fruits in the afternoon and yogurt, orange juice, eggs, bread and jam for breakfast. We spotted many birds (tucan included) and monkeys! There’s is the road nearby but the amazing sound of the ocean really covers up all the noise. We totally recommend it, stay as long as you can! :)

Absolutely loved my stay at Tribe Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere is super laid-back yet stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, always ready with great local tips or just a warm smile. The place was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The pool and community area were major highlights—perfect spots to unwind, meet other travelers, or just chill with a drink and relax. There’s a really nice, easygoing energy throughout the whole place that makes it hard to leave. Also, huge shoutout to the owners—they were amazing! Super kind, approachable, and genuinely care about making sure guests have the best experience possible. You can tell they’ve put a lot of heart into this place. Can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

El Castillo was a beautiful, small, boutique hotel. The location is secluded and you feel tucked away in the jungle, yet it is only minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and activities. The spa suite was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was nice to be in our own area. The pool provided an amazing spot for watching the sunset and just relaxing. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had a wonderful dinner and lunch there as well. It was clear that the menu was designed and executed by talented hands. The members of the staff were so welcoming. Francisco, Donny, and Roxy were always there for anything we needed or wanted. We booked massages in the spa room and they were excellent. It was very hard to leave such a beautiful and welcoming place!

Staying at Lipstick Palms was truly one of the most special and unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. The home & amenities are unreal! A stunning retreat with sweeping views of the Pacific, a great breeze and every detail is high-end and thoughtful. Annie and Patrick are the kindest, most gracious hosts—you instantly feel like you’re visiting dear friends or family you adore. Upon request, they prepared a beautiful, elevated meal our first night (that peach cream cake was unreal!) and again on our last night. One evening, we went into town together, played pool at a fun dive bar, had chili guaro shots.m- so fun! They also took us to a wine bar on the ocean where we fed bananas to monkeys at sunset—it was pure magic. The location is perfect, the pool is gorgeous, and we felt so at home the entire time. Annie and Patrick were present but never intrusive—it was the perfect balance. Their care, warmth, and hospitality made this stay something we’ll never forget. Dreaming of coming back!

It is beautiful! Very quiet, with all the comforts and luxuries for the holidays, the pool is large and beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable, the attention is unbeatable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Van. Everything is very tidy and clean. The interior style feels like you're on a road-trip and the truth is it's very nice. The facilities have a small swimming pool at the back of the property and the place itself is like a very tidy and pleasant hostel. Sebas the host was very communicative and even took the time to explain the highlights on a large map of Uvita that they have in the living room. I highly recommend it. The only detail that is not in the explained list is that they require a card to check in and they do not allow you to stay if you do not provide it. This can be a little uncomfortable since it is not explained in the listing and if you do not walk the plastic can play a bad trick on you. But other than that, an amazing place that I recommend in addition to the Uvita community of course. Big up Sebas! Great vibes 🤙🏽

A very nice and comfortable space, we really liked it
