Vacation rentals with beach access in Uvita

It was nice. The beach was nearby, five minutes by car. This is a good option

We absolutely loved our stay here! The Airbnb was incredibly private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the natural beauty of the area. The host was fantastic: responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal, with so much to do nearby. It’s the perfect base for exploring Nauyaca Waterfalls, Manuel Antonio National Park, Uvita, and countless stunning beaches. This was the perfect way to start our Costa Rica adventure!

We had a fantastic stay! Teri and Rich were absolutely amazing hosts – incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They organized surf lessons for us, personally took us to the beach, and were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool to relax in. We felt completely at home and really appreciated the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Great place to stay. A/C worked great. Neighbors have friendly dogs. Still puppies. There’s also a cat outside very friendly. Easy place to get in and out.

The hostess is very friendly and communicative. A beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, beautiful nature.

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

Great AirBnB room in a hotel complex. Very great and large balcony with great views over the garden and the sea. In the middle of animals and wonderful vegetation. Great hotel trails and very nice pool area. Very good food and friendly staff. Very quick response to questions and very helpful hints. Highly recommended !

This was by far an amazing villa and retreat for our family during our stay in CR! The house is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and the view from the infinity pool is breathtaking. We loved it so much we extended our 3 night stay to a full week! If you’re like us and enjoy getting up with the sun, and having your coffee outside you’ll be lucky enough to see howler monkeys, toucans, capuchins and hawks along with so many lizards! They made our kids feel so welcome with cute stories and stuffed animals in their room. I would definitely recommend a 4X4 as the drive in is quite steep and bumpy. The power does sometimes flicker on and off during rainy season but it was never out for more than 10 mins. Good grocery stores only 5 mins away where you can get everything you need for cooking! I would definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Uvita and surrounding areas!

Our stay went great. Very comfortable home and had all comforts a family would need. We actually loved that it was a just a couple minutes to walk to the store seeing as we cooked dinner most nights. The pool was warm and had a beautiful tropical landscaped backyard. Very comfortable beds and blackout curtains too! We appreciated the kindness of our host and would recommend this home for a family or a few couples traveling together.

Jillian's home is a gorgeous gem in the rainforest, with a view of the ocean. You will not be disappointed! We felt like we were enjoying a slice of heaven. Fascinating bird songs woke us up in the morning and visited the trees and flowers all day long. The view will delight you while swinging in the hammock, walking in the garden full of aromatic and beautiful flowers, or relaxing on the upper deck. Jillian provided clear directions and instructions for everything. Dominical is such a great little town close to the beach - there was something for everyone in our family. Fresh and delicious local food, smoothies, poolside dining, wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta, Thai, baked goods and a fun brewery nestled in the trees like the Swiss Family Robinson house! We visited several beautiful beaches nearby and found the location perfect for exploring both Marino Ballena and Manuel Antonio National Parks. The Eco Chontales waterfall Jillian recommended is a gorgeous and thrilling destination!

Gabriela was an amazing host. She was responsive to our needs and super friendly. The house was spotless and really well equipped. We made very good use of the pool and excellent kitchen! The bedrooms were spacious and private. The house is at the end of a gravel road in an area that looks to have new development. When we stayed there was some light construction happening at 2 neighbour houses. There are a couple of shops within a 5-10 min walk, and an entrance to the national park beach 10 min or so walk away. You have to pay for the beach in the national park but well worth it as the beach is beautiful and clean.

A gem of a home nestled in the jungle, 10/10 views and close to great beaches (we loved Playa Ventanas and Playa Hermosa). Felt far away from tourist bustle. Comfortable chairs and beds, great kitchen. Do just be sure to bring your own shampoo and detergent. Host was responsive and helpful. We saw toucans, coati, agouti, and other birds here. Heard monkeys.

Nice modern and clean home in a new neighborhood. So new that some of the infrastructure like the roads leading to the house are still gravel. No big deal however, don’t need a 4x4 vehicle like we had but still have to be mindful to drive slow getting there. The entire home had air conditioning which is somewhat rare in Costa Rica. Good water pressure and hot water for the shower.

Loved this space for our Costa Rica trip. Very conveniently located. I saw monkeys and a toucan right outside of the unit. The instructions were very clear on where to park and how to find the unit.

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Villa Capuchin Rainforest was an amazing place to stay. The House was very luxurious and super comfortable. We were amazed by the tranquility and sense of peace of this place. I highly recommend this villa. Fabian and John are great hosts and communicators. Luis Picado. Bozeman Montana.

My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

This place was absolutely amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and the location was super close to restaurants, the beach, the little town, and waterfalls. Each morning, we grabbed coffee and sat out on the porch, listening to the howler monkeys and watching all the birds. I couldn't wait to get up every morning to do that!! It is in a complex, but the neighbors were super friendly, the pool was always available and absolutely beautiful to look at, walk out to and take a dip to cool off. It was a wonderful place to return to after a day out for complete relaxation.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.
