Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Utting am Ammersee

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space. ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace of the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us. ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We stayed for a long weekend with our three adult children at Ludwig's and everyone liked it very much (which is rare😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Great, lovingly designed space. Own parking space. Everything picco bello. Centrally located to the lake and other excursion destinations. We had great weather and were allowed to use the bike and even the garden. Check-in was hassle-free and the two were immediately available. We highly recommend the place.

It was super nice. Manuela welcomed us very warmly and gave us many tips and information right at the beginning. We felt very comfortable. Very quiet location. Delicious food across the street, if you don't want to go out anymore.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika goes to extraordinary lengths to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linens and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely great and worth 5 stars!

We stayed in Christian's apartment for a week over Pentecost. Everything was great! We had a great time in this beautiful spot in Bavaria. It is close to the Ammersee, the restaurants and hiking trails. Only the two stairs to the apartment were a little unusual for our dog to walk. Christian was always available to us and helped us. We spent an extended winter weekend with Alex and Nadine, even with snow. The place corresponds exactly to the description, everything very clean and cozy, to feel comfortable. The contact with Nadine and Alex was easy, fast and very warm. The surroundings are beautiful, whether for trips to the lakes or to Munich. Glad to come back!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

It is a perfect apartment for a small family with great views from the balcony. Christina welcomed us and was very kind to help us with some good recommendation on restaurant and places around.

We stayed there for two nights and felt comfortable right away. Large living area. Especially great with children. It couldn't have been better ☺️

Great place to stay in Munich! Within walking distance of the major attractions and transportation. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We would definitely stay at Peter’s place again!

Beautiful place and location. Had a picturesque view off of the patio, and we could walk to several nice restaurants close to a lake. Good communication with Nadine throughout. Would happily stay again
