*Modern lakeside apartment* The basement apartment is very well and quiet but also centrally located in Utting a. Ammersee. Only about 5 minutes walk to the train station (BRB Garmisch-Geltendorf) and about 7 minutes to the lake. Pharmacy, doctors, many restaurants and shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This special place has its own style. The view over Lake Ammersee and the entire mountain range can be enjoyed via the terrace and the conservatory at any time of the year. The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.

Villa Matilda - Vacation home in Riederau/Ammersee

Small charming farmhouse in the countryside - built in 1904, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees and fruit bushes. Newly made & tried and true! Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax. Both active vacationers and lazybones are in good hands with us.
