Välkommen till välskött, härlig villa centralt i Hovås, 500 meter till Nya Hovås med restauranger och busskommunikationer till Göteborg! Det finns även busshållplats 50 meter från tomt där bussen går till Göteborg med ett byte. Till havet tar ni er med bil på fem minuter eller en kvarts promenad! Göteborgs Golfbana ligger ett stenkast bort! Ni har med andra ord nära till ALLT! Vill ni ändå stanna hemma finns mysig tomt med uteplats, grill och bubbelpool! Barnvänligt med lekstuga och leksaker!

Knappt 10 minuters bilkörning till Liseberg och centrum. Badstränder inom 5 minuters bilfärd. Vår utfart rymmer tre bilar.

Spårvagnshållplats intill huset tar dig till centrum. Två bilplatser ingår i hyran, fler finns att hyra vid önskemål.
