Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. A double bed is placed on the loft. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are available. 4 Bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We wish to rent to families and couples. Lounge furniture outside the attic house is included, not the outdoor kitchen and sunbed Non-smoking, no pets. We don't allow parties, and no loud music

Gable row house in Utby, close to Gothenburg city. South-facing balcony at the back with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Trampoline is available. At Kviberg there is also cross-country skiing, climbing gym and beach volleyball court. A fantastic swimming lake with jetties and a diving tower is a walk through the forest away. Right next to the house there is a courtyard with a playground for the children. Near the house there is a bus stop where the bus into the central station runs in 17 minutes without change and by car it takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, concert at Ullevi, Gothia Cup, or just simply touristy! Walk in the area, go to the nearest lake, have an ice cream at the ice cream café in Sävedalen. It's all at a convenient distance!

Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300
