Most things are available, but not a washing machine. Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We wish to rent to families and couples. Lounge furniture outside the attic house is included, not the outdoor kitchen and sunbed Non-smoking, no pets. We don't allow parties, and no loud music

Right next to the house there is a courtyard with a playground for the children. Near the house there is a bus stop where the bus into the central station runs in 17 minutes without change and by car it takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300
