Gable row house in Utby, close to Gothenburg city. South-facing balcony at the back with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Trampoline available. The house is very close to Kviberg where many matches in the Gothia cup are played and Partille where the Partille cup is held. At Kviberg, there is also cross-country skiing, a climbing gym and a beach volleyball court. Right next to the house there is a courtyard with a playground for the children. Near the house, there is a bus stop where the bus to the central station runs in 17 minutes without change and by car it takes max 10 minutes.

Nice apartment with free parking.

Nice apartment with its own entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. A double bed is placed on the loft. Sheets, covers, and pillows are available. 4 Bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. About 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We want to rent to family and couples. Access to Lounge furniture just outside the house. Non-smoking and no pets. We do not allow party.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located and child-friendly townhouse. Bus 56 or 510 drive to the city center from Österlyckan station which is located near to the house. Pizzeria, Ica and Lidl are nearby. If you want to take an walk to Kviberg and Serneke Arena, it takes only 10 min.Allum is a shopping center located in Partille. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy both the morning and evening sun. In the house there is everything you need. Free parking included.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Very cozy house, good beds, clean and tidy, cozy surroundings and lovely swimming lake “Bergsjön” in walking or driving distance with nice water. The bus on the big road stops in the center of Gothenburg (end station) good pizzaria (I love Pizza) nearby

We rented the house to accommodate our family of 7 (2 couples and 3 children). Everything went well. Very quiet place and Jesica was available by messaging to respond to all our requests. The kids had a lot of fun and ourselves. The terrace as well as the park behind the house served as fasting areas for children. It's really nice to have a vacation in this house. Plus, it's in a zone area where parking is free. Which is rare in Goteborg.

They responded to the booking request within 1-2 minutes and kept in touch throughout the stay. The informative message they sent before we entered the house was very useful. This is great! The house was as pictured, but I think it was bigger. Even though it was a cold winter day, the house was heated when we walked in. Air Conditioning and Heating worked great. The bathrooms were renovated and very clean. I absolutely recommend. * You are very kind :-))) Thank you very much
