Barn vacation rentals in Utah

We loved our stay. So quit and peaceful. The cabin was awesome with amazing views. We always feel right at home. Joe and Linda are wonderful and so welcoming. Our girls love staying there and playing in the wide open space. We will be back.

Murphy is super nice, the puppies are cute. The place is clean, and the mattress is comfortable.

Betsy is a great host and I love the artist retreat funky vibe of her renovated farmhouse. It was so great after a dawn to dusk Canyonland Isle of sky, bushwack style back country driving to fill that massive tub and take a long relaxing soak. I went out to my car to get something I had forgotten and a deer jumped thru the yard about 10 feet away. The location is great for a lot of the parks close by. My room was super cozy. Would highly recommend Betsy’s place!

A perfect place to stay for a big group. Everyone was comfortable, kids were always in the pool or hot tub or playing in the tree houses!! Kitchens were amazing, well stocked. Refrigerators were huge- plenty of space available. Beds were so comfortable!!!

Great place for our group, we loved the bunks and having a full kitchen. The previous renters didn’t wipe anything down after their stay, so we spent a little time cleaning up when we first got there, but for what we needed it for, it worked out well! There are a few minor maintenance issues, and we would have loved to have working screens on all the windows because it got rather hot at night. Overall, having the open area in front of the bunk houses was perfect, and we have a great stay! It was so peaceful and quiet all week. There was one other group that came in to the property on our last day, but it didn’t impact us too much.

Beautiful house! Pool was great as well! Close in town and the lake, definitely would stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet location. Perfect place for us to rest, relax and prepare for our son’s wedding day. Although all the rooms were occupied during our stay we never heard a noise from the other rooms.

Perfect location for our ski trip! Easy place to find and short drive to the slopes, we will definitely be visiting again!

Had a wonderful time staying at the barn for one night. Location was great, property was beautiful, room had everything I needed, check in was a breeze, and the animals were so fun and cute! Would absolutely stay here again.

This location was just as advertised, a beautiful location with animals (horses, cows, goats, donkey and chickens) on the property, plus a comfortable room with an outstanding set up for laundry! I slept like a dream, had easy access to town and Zion, so was perfect for my needs. Stacie was a fabulous host!

beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great location. It is close to Zion but not as crowded, with beautiful views and sweet horses that greet you every morning. The barn is a great place to chill and watch a movie. We loved it!

What a beautiful place to stay for four nights! The breakfasts Linda provided were out of this world. Love the touch of the cookies she had for us everyday and even made us some delicious popcorn to enjoy in the cool theater upstairs. She allowed us to put stuff from our cooler in her fridge and even made space in her freezer for our ice and frozen water bottles. She's a really fun person and a joy be spend a little time chatting with. Really beautiful surroundings that we enjoyed when having breakfast outside or dinner in the evening. Also taking walks along the nearby roads each morning.

The Tin & Timber is an amazing property. The units are brand new, beds are comfy and the house was very well stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The grocery store is a few minutes walk away as was many restaurants in town. We used the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and pavilion. This was a great home base for visiting Bryce Canyons, Pink Sand Dunes and the Sand Caves. I highly recommended staying here if you stay in Kanab.

Great stay at the little barn. Great location and just as described. Top of the line appliances were an added bonus. Little gym was also a great amenity. I’d stay here again.

We ( 2 adults + 1 German shepherd) stayed here during the Red Rocks fly-in, and had a lovely week watching the sun rise over Monroe Peak reflected in the water in the pond. Great wifi speed for working from home, beautiful property, and very pet friendly. Spent some nights painting the sunset from the picnic tables by the water. Would stay here again!

Stephanie was a great host. She shared a wealth of knowledge about the Monroe area. We had a fantastic stay. The property is outstanding and the loft was very nice.
