Townhome vacation rentals in Utah

This place was exactly what we had hoped for and more. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and plenty of room and space. The beds were very comfortable and AC worked great. Bedrooms were spacious with TVs in most rooms. Family room and kitchen area was open and plenty spacious. The pool area was wonderful and used so much while there. We would love to go back and stay in this same place. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb if considering staying in this area.

Kay was a terrific host. She had the house ready on time and responded when we needed any information. We loved being so close to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We only had 2 couples for this 4 bedroom home, so we had plenty of space. It was nice to have the two Master Bedrooms on different floors for privacy and space. The kitchen was fully equipped and had spices and some essential cooking need. if needed. Lights were on when we arrived in case we came after the sun set. The neighbors are close, but all seem to work together as a group to keep the noise down at night.

This home was perfect for our Park City stay, convenient for Deer Valley and downtown, and the private hot tub in the beautiful solarium was fun and relaxing!

Proactive answering questions before we knew we had them. Place is just as pictured would love to visit in fall or winter but was a great cooling off place after morning summer hiking!

We loved this place! It felt just like at home. This place had all of the amenities. The grill and hot tub were spotless! We booked this home because a hot tub was high on the priority list for my wife. It was definitely worth it! This home is right off the main strip and can easily walk to a number of establishments. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect spot for a snowboard trip! 12 minutes to snowbasin! Comfy beds and couch with everything you need. If my group and I ever make the trip to snowbasin again, we will definitely be booking this spot again! Brad and Brit were super responsive and helpful too. We had an issue with the washing machine and they were able to get a tech out to fix it the next day!

Our family of eight stayed here while we explored arches national Park. The place was very clean, I liked that they had seating for eight at the table, in the living room, and a nice outdoor patio table. The hot tub was a plus evenings and mornings, and the pool was empty the day we were there! We had an amazing time. The house is well stocked with games, but we never got to them. The outdoors were amazing and the weather was excellent! The master shower was so nice with great pressure. It's so close to everything Moab and only minutes from arches national Park. What more could you want? We would come again!

Honestly it was a great place to stay at. it was our first time in an airbnb and it was absolutely great. we felt like we were at home. everything was close to our needs. i love the easy access for the pool. the kids enjoyed it a lot. it’s super nice for bigger sized families. there was tons of room. highly recommend.

We love this area so much! The lake is beautiful, and we love the walking paths and peaceful surroundings! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked beyond your typical rental. The only thing that was missing was kitchen towels, but we made it work. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing spot!!! Me and my friends rented the house for a long weekend so we could go to the national parks. And we couldn't be happier! What a great pad and Hangout spot. Between the hot tub, game room, large TV's and large kitchen, we couldn't have asked for anything more! The host was very responsive through text and helpful with our questions and needs. Would definitely recommend to any large families or gatherings because of the large space. Definitely would come back !

This was the perfect getaway. A lot of homes in the neighborhood might look amazing, but this home had a view that the others didn't. But above that, the home had a great vibe, the neighbors were quiet lovely, and I'll be coming back here every time I come through Park City!

Amazing stay for a family! My boys loved their bunk room with pac man, and of course the incredible resort pool and lazy river! My mom enjoyed her bed and the kitchen, and my husband and I enjoyed the gym! Something for everyone here. I am definitely recommending this place for anyone visiting Zion!

We really enjoyed staying in Amber and Adam's charming Highland home! Would highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay. It felt like home away from home! Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Also enjoyed and appreciated the holiday decor. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Our young adults loved the theater room and we loved all the cozy spaces. Amber and Adam are very quick and responsive to any questions asked. We appreciated the helpful instructions throughout the home and their kindness in having a few supplies ready making for a very happy stay. We also greatly appreciated use of the garage; especially during times of inclement weather. Thank you for being so friendly and accommodating! Definitely 5 stars and hope to stay again in the future!

We spent a few days exploring the National Parks and other local attractions. Kanab was a perfect location. Nice small town feel with great surroundings. The house was very nice, clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood as well. The chocolate bars were a nice touch!

The house was beautiful with gorgeous views. We enjoyed seeing the deer playing in the yard several times. The stars were beautiful at night and much more visible than at home. Everything we expected and more!

Our stay here was Fantastic! Loved having a garage. Super clean and convenient. It was nice to have a place where my whole family could stay together and enough beds for all of us! The host was absolutely great! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a little outside of town which I loved, less traffic and closer to the riding trails. Christine checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and to let us know when there was a flash flood warning. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable and as described. The location was convenient to grocery and the drive to Zion was beautiful. We took several day trips, and there was a cooler available to use. So helpful!!! The pool area was a great place to go after a long day of hiking. It was very family friendly. It was busy when were there, but that didn't matter. We were still able to find a spot to sit and relax/cool off. Everything was smooth from check-in and check-out. This is a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Angela's home was a perfect for our visit to Southern Utah. We were there for a family golf trip and everything was close by for us. The home is located in a quaint neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The home had everything we could've asked for like toiletries, linens, and kitchen necessities. The house was in squeaky clean condition and we had no troubles getting in. We will definitely stay here in the future!
