Vacation rentals with a patio in Utah County

Sharon’s basement apartment is cozy, new and it looks just like the photos. Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, from condiments to Reynolds wrap and ziplock bags. I stayed for a month and I enjoyed cooking home made meals there. The nature/bike trail is a 5 minute walk from the house. The dog is well behaved and he’s super friendly. This place is a great value!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Paola is a great, responsive host. The downstairs apartment-style accommodations were perfect for us. Loved the comfy beds, the well stocked kitchen and the entire place was SPOTLESS! So clean and smelled great!!! It is a downstairs accommodation so you can hear some noise from upstairs, however nothing that would keep us from staying again.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Our mother passed wAy and we had a few hours to find a place to stay from out of town. Corrine was accommodating to push our reservation through. The peacefulness, the comfortable living arrangements made the hard to go through process so much easier.

Staying here was great!! Bradley and team were very responsive and made sure to stay in touch throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and they have the softest bed!! This air bnb also has a lot Of amenities and the huge gym was a plus!!

It was a joy to stay! Beautiful location near to where we needed to be! Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and businesses a short distance away. The apartment was very clean and quiet.

Great family friendly place to stay. Close to lots of fun things. The pool was a great added bonus to our stay in walking distance. Lots of stairs, so something to consider but not a problem for our family. Great place for a big group of people or large family.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

Easy to find, great location, close to our needs. Lots of space for our family to spread out play games! Fenced yard made our pups happy to adventure. We will definitely stay again!

Great hosts at this Airbnb. Had some small issues initially that were fixed immediately and we had an enjoyable time there! Would book again!

The house was awesome, its a perfect location and quick to everything in a nice and quite area. the house was clean and charming. The owners communicated everything very well and it was one of the easiest check in and check out experiences I have ever had in my 11 years here with Airbnb. Definitely will be booking again for future stays.

5 Stars This place was perfect! The condo was brand new, super clean, and located in a quiet area. There was plenty of parking, which made things really convenient, and having laundry inside the unit was a huge plus. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again next time we’re in Lehi!

We Airbnb a condo every year at the Vermont to get away after the busy holiday season and have a few days to ourselves as a family. This place was the best and the cleanest that we’ve ever had. We had a great time as a family making memories with the kids. Plenty of room in the place. The extra air mattress was also very helpful for one of our kids to sleep on. Master bed was fairly comfortable, much more comfortable than the others we’ve had there. The HOA just updated the hallways with new carpeting as well, which was nice. We had a great time. Highly recommend.
