Townhome vacation rentals in Utah County

Everything in this home away from home is good quality, very clean and taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need and the knives are sharp, which for me is always an indication of a host that doesn't try to cut corners. There is plenty of light and the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor calming. Loved the location. You are close to the major roads and freeways and a grocery store across the road. We stayed for two weeks and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It was a lovely stay.

An engaging and entertaining couple who shared their knowledge of local things to do ie. trails, parks etc.

We love staying at Chris and Gilma’s every time we visit Provo. Their home is peaceful and they are excellent hosts.

Chris and Gilma were amazing. My daughter and I were in Provo for a dance convention. The room was perfect and we felt right at home. The room, bathroom, and the shared spaces were pristine. The check in and check out were simple and they responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you so much Gilma and Chris for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I forgot my daughter’s tutu and they messaged me right away to make arrangements for us to get it after we had checked out. Thank you again for everything.

Darling little cottage in the heart of Sundance resort, super friendly and responsive hosts. Guests should be aware there is a unit attached to this one, so sometimes you do hear the next door neighbors, and not being a Sundance property means some Sundance amenities (like room service or the new sauna/pools) aren’t extended to River Song. But we had a wonderful time; it is extremely well-located and just what we were seeking for this trip. My husband loved the hot tub on the porch. Cottage was so comfortable, cozy and clean, would stay again.

Returning customer. This place is awesome. Cameron is awesome to deal with. He is always concerned about guests' comfort. This really is a home away from home.

This is our second year visiting The Zermatt resort for spring Break. This place is perfect for a big group to have fun and have their own space. Our kids love it and the pool is fantastic. Utah weather is always hit and miss in April so this place is perfect since the pool is heated. The condo also has plenty of cooking wear to cook any meal you need. We would definitely stay at Jake’s place again.

The location was beautiful. The unit was clean and close to the amenities offered. We had a great time and would come again.

The townhome was clean, spacious and within a short walking distance of the clubhouse with exercise room, a very nice pool and play structure. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were plenty big with large closets. Laundry on the bedroom floor was very nice. The location is great if you’ll be spending time in different cities within the area. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely book here again.

Robert’s house felt like home for our week. Having a quality place to stay that lived up to the posting and more made our very busy family week so much easier and more enjoyable. We appreciated his support and clear instructions. Would recommend the home and Robert as a host to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Cathleen is a fantastic host! Her home was beautifully decorated, immaculate, new, and very spacious to spread out! 3-1/2 bathrooms with comfortable space for all including a great family room downstairs. The home is super close to Soldier Hollow Nordic Center and all things in Heber City and Midway. We also had no issue with a short drive to Park City Historic Main Street and the Utah Olympic Center. The home itself was very quiet - did not hear a noise from a neighbor. The two-car garage was great for easy access and secure/protected parking on the snow days! Cathleen included many extras we have not found at other rentals. Coffee press, toiletries, and a great snack basket with bottled waters in the refrigerator! It was ALL awesome. Cathleen's responsiveness was outstanding before and during the stay - we never waited for a reply! I will definitely look to stay here again in the future for Soldier Hollow Nordic ski events! NOTHING could have been better! THANK YOU Cathleen!!

This was probably the best stay and best experience that we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I would absolutely recommend this place and especially this host to anyone. Communication was stellar, the place exceeded expectations in every way and just an all around fantastic experience. My family and I are very grateful for a wonderful experience!

So grateful to Jeff for immediately responding to my request. I had booked with another company that was similar and they had double booked and left me with nowhere to go. Just immediately responded to my request and I was able to get into the house immediately. I was so grateful because we were staying in town for my son’s wedding and had no place to go. It was an incredible location and I’m happy the other reservation didn’t work out.

We had the best time ever here! We had a little staycation/reunion with our kids and their spouses and the grandparents. We couldn't have picked a better place. We did not want to leave. This place has everything you need. We loved how much space there was at the kitchen table for eating and playing games. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to make several meals. The upstairs upstairs room was so fun to gather and have some be watching TV and others playing games. The beds were all so comfortable. And whoever decorated this place is so talented! It's all so beautiful yet cozy at the same time. Thanks for creating a great space for us to make great memories!

It was a tastefully decorated, functional and comfortable home. It was close to my grandkids and Cowabunga bay. They played in the grass when they came and the two TV set up downstairs was surprisingly useful…

The property is fine. When we arrived there were a few issues but the owner was responsive in a timely manner. There is active construction in the area which complicated our stay. We left behind an iPad and after we made arrangements with UPS, Nikko returned it to us. Thank you Nikko.

Great to place to stay. Newer development that is safe and within 30 minutes of PC which made for a great ski trip. Heather was great all around working with us. Much appreciated her communication and help. Thank you!

While there was a minor issue with a crib being listed in the description, but not at the location, Adam was able to get a second pack and play to the location in about an hour. Nice place, responsive host, will stay here again when coming back to see family
