Vacation rentals with lake access in Utah County

Daniel was an amazing host! He was so responsive to our questions. When we arrived the home was exactly as pictured. Daniel did all the hard work so when you get there you can just enjoy it. The kayaks and paddle boards on site were so fun for the family He thought of everything… forgot your toothbrush? He’s got you covered… This location was a perfect getaway not too far from home. We will definitely be booking with Daniel again. Thank you for the wonderful stay at your cabin!

The home was lovely, just perfect for the needs of our family all coming together for a wedding. Lots of amenities with a well stocked kitchen. And pretty last minute we asked for an early arrival for some of our family who had driven through the night and desperately needed a place to nap when they rolled into town. Not a problem! We were given the home 2 hours early. Toys for the kids, but not too many to make it difficult for them to clean up.

We loved our stay at this home! It was very clean and spacious! At one point the sink disposal stopped working but Allie and Sam were quick to respond to all of our message and tried to help get it fixed. When the problem could not be fixed via text message they were quick to send someone over to fix it. We are super happy with our experience staying here and would love to return!

We were so happy with Ammie's place! There were plenty of beds, linens, and space to spread out. We really enjoyed the backyard and fun things to do in the garage. My elderly parents stayed with us, so it was nice to have a bedroom on the main floor for them. It was a quiet neighborhood, but close to the freeway to go to different places around the area. We brought our small dog with us and didn't have any problems with that. Ammie was very quick to respond to any questions that we had, and was very friendly. All appliances were high end. We look forward to staying here again.

This is such a hidden gem! My husband and I stayed here with the dogs and it was perfect. We were able to walk right out to the water and let them play. The home is fenced all around so perfect to let the dogs hangout outside! The view is unbeatable!! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Bring the family because the home is huge! You won’t want to leave!

I had an amazing stay at Yulin’s Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Yulin went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even leaving a thoughtful welcome gift and being super quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying in this house. Marshall is easy to contact and we were given clear instructions on how to enter the house and the keypad was easy and convenient to use. The exterior of the house is clean and the yard is well-kept. The front porch is welcoming and attractive. Once inside, the house was clean, orderly, and smelled fresh. The bed linens and towels were nice and the decor is lovely. The kitchen has plenty of clean plates, silverware, pots and pans, and is spacious and bright. We enjoyed the location because we like to run and found the trails around the neighborhood and Utah Lake to be perfect. It is also close to the freeway and getting to Provo and SLC was easy. We stayed in this house because our daughter was graduating from college so we needed a place where our family and grandparents could stay. Our family was able to be comfortable, eat together, and play games. Everyone commented on what a great house it is. We would definitely stay here again.

THIS IS AMAZING!!!! This was one of the most beautiful and wonderful Airbnb’s our family has ever stayed in. If we could give it 6 stars we could! Such a great stay for a family at any stage of life!

I had a great experience here and enjoyed my stay! This place was my home away from home for 2 months while I did an internship nearby. The hosts were great and always responsive, promptly willing to help whenever I needed it. The house is very cozy and peaceful in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. I always felt super safe here. I miss this place already and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!l

Liz was a very helpful host, her place was beautiful, modern, clean and the local pool and big hot tub and gym added to the fun! Walking distance to the local beach, there are hiking and biking trails nearby. The views are incredible. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here! The area is clean and we felt safe! The condo is clean and well-kept. We were grateful for the iron and hair dryer, as several girls getting ready for a wedding can be crazy without the right accomodations available! The only thing I would add - and this may be a Southern thing - would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Or standing fans for air movement while sleeping. The rest was perfect!

Beautiful place in a gorgeous neighborhood! Perfect for runners and romantic walks in the evening, little streams, colorful homes and looming mountains. So many things to do within walking distance. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out to Angie, she responds very promptly and is knowledgeable about the area. Everything was clean, neat, and as advertised. Quick walkthrough to show the guest where everything is and gave us space unless we had questions. Can’t emphasize enough how cute and safe feeling this neighborhood is.

I had a wedding to go to at the talons golf course, and it was conveniently placed about a mile down the road. Great space. Beautiful location and wonderful views!
