Vacation rentals with a balcony in Ústí nad Labem Region

We’ve stayed at many very nice Airbnb’s around the U.S. & Europe, but Maria’s rates as one of the absolute best! A beautiful high-ceilinged one bedroom affair centrally located in Old Town Prague (where you want to be when visiting). Everything worth seeing is reasonably walkable. Restaurants and coffee shops are outstanding. Maria is a wonderful, accommodative host who still managed to meet us on our arrival in spite of a delayed / late plane. And you are treated to a profound, stunning view of the Old Jewish Cemetery out the living room window - particularly at night! All in all, Prague is a wonderful city w/ delightful people, and Maria is most certainly one of those. Highly, highly recommend Maria’s as your home base when visiting this astounding world capital! What an amazing apartment! Located in a very walkable neighborhood, close to tourist spots, but also feels quiet and tucked away. Even being so central, it somehow still has a local vibe. The apartment is well-equipped, spotless, and felt like home. The balcony provided the perfect respite at the end of a long day exploring, and was a great way to start the morning looking out over the courtyard below. The roomy shower (with amenities included) was definitely a plus! Comfortable pillows, smart TV, and plenty of local recommendations. It’s clear a lot of thought went in to making sure guests feel welcome and to help them make the most of their time in Prague. Absolutely recommend!

Eine der besten Air-BnB Unterkünfte, die wir jemals gebucht haben - absolut hochwertig, voll ausgestattet, super Parkmöglichkeit im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus und liebevoll eingerichtet. Lage sehr zentral, binnen weniger Minuten ist man bereits am Marktplatz und die Bahnlinie ist gleich nebenan. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und professionell. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass in der Wohnung Touristenflyer auf verschiedenen Sprachen, sowie Rezeptbücher, als auch Reiseführer zu Verfügung gestellt worden sind. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Traumunterkunft

great place full of style we had a really good time and everything was really nice! one small thing it would be better if there were 2 keys instead of one. other than that everything was perfect!

Great little place to stay that is very central in Prague, easy walk into the centre of town with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. The place itself is nice and clean. It has two bedrooms with massive king size beds and two sofa beds in the corned. it then has a dining room table for a people and a small kitchen with all the appliances you need. Good standing shower, with a small separate toilet. There is no living room, but we made do with sitting on the sofa beds in one of the rooms. The only issue we found was the Irish pub just down the street from the place, they were very loud until around 2am ever night. Other than that, it is a great apartment in a good location.

Our stay at Joseph’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect, the apartment was impeccably clean, and both hosts were very accommodating. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful local tips. We'd love to stay here again

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Alles war wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte.

We spent a week in this marvelous apartment. It is very spacious, with tall ceilings and wide hallways. The location allowed us to walk to most of the sights and access the trams or subway if we wanted to go farther afield. We highly recommend this host and this apartment.

Roman was the perfect host. Very responsive and helpful while making the reservation, and throughout our travel in Prague. The apartment is spotless, bedding is very comfortable and has every amenity you need while visiting. Within walking distance to all the sights. Highly recommend this apartment! Hope to come back one day.

The place was amazing! It was equipped with everything that you will need for your stay. We were 3 people and was perfectly convenient. The location is also amazing - the tram and metro are 2 mins away and there is a big shopping center in front of the building. Would definitely recommend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – erholsam, zentral und herzlich betreut Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Lage abseits des touristischen Trubels (ideal zum Entspannen) und gleichzeitig die hervorragende Anbindung an das Zentrum von Prag und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Morgensonne im Schlafzimmer sowie der gemütliche Balkon haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Robert und Pavel: Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen tollen Tipps zu Restaurants, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten versorgt. Wir kommen im Herbst sehr gerne wieder – vielen Dank für alles!

I had a lovely stay in Prague and Milada’s place was wonderful! She greeted me and was very kind and considerate. The apartment is set back from the main streets so felt very peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. It had everything I needed and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. I would love to stay again!
