We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. Dear guests, welcome in small roof apartment in Krusne hory near Carlsbad. The location is perfect for winter sports or for visiting the spa cities around. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living rooms. Upon request there is possibility to use summer kitchen with barbecue area, garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

This centrally located loft is very spacious (130sq meters) and the windows bath each room in light, however, blinds in the living room and black out blinds are on the windows in the bedroom to ensure a proper rest. Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.
