We were 22 people and we had a blast at Stepan’s place. Would totally recommend! Hopefully again someday.

We had a great time! The sauna and whirlpool were amazing! Pavol was really kind and explained everything in detail. Everything was decorated with detail and really clean. The only sad thing was that the pool was not ready yet! Hopefully we will be back :)

We were 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend in the accommodation. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and enough bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped (coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults had many opportunities to sit together comfortably. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

The truth is that we felt very comfortable. Everything was as it appeared in the advertisement, the house is as it appears in the publication. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Charcoal grill available, full kitchen with basic cooking items. They let us arrive a little earlier and we were able to leave a little later than advertised. Excellent, highly recommended. We were a motorcycle group of 4 people. Jiri's house was super clean, the check-in is via a key box, so you are super flexible with the check-in. Juri lives directly opposite and is always available and super accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, the location super quiet. And you can end the evenings on the covered terrace. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back if we do a tour again. Thanks Jiri.

Perfect as accommodation for a hiking holiday. The hot tub in the garden ensures relaxation after strenuous tours and cold temperatures. The garden is very large and spacious and offers different corners to retreat. The kitchen has everything you need and the oven creates a cozy flair. You can sit together and relax on the two sofas.

Very nice house, super clean and modern!

Vit is a very accommodating host who welcomed us personally at the property. The house is in very good condition and extremely comfortable. There are particularly beautiful hikes and opportunities to enjoy nature in the area. We stayed in the house with the family of 5 for a few days and were completely satisfied.

The cottage met expectations. We were here only one night, but I could imagine spending more days here. We really enjoyed our stay at Mr. Honza's 😊 Thank you.

We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children (4-13 years) at Zofie's place. We had a very nice time, the house offers a lot of space (also 2 separate toilets and bathrooms) and is very comprehensive and lovingly equipped. Unfortunately, it is very audible. The kitchen really offers everything your heart desires and there are also many board games, dolls, painting stuff... The garden is really fantastic. High trees with swing, cable car, plenty of space, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, sun seating and shade. Our electricity bill was low but we also stoked the wood stove constantly and turned off all radiators. The surroundings offer pure nature. We hiked, there are also worthwhile small hikes that were easy to do with our children, and have unwinded in the house and garden. You have to drive a little to shop. Alena’s place is in the quiet neighborhood. Subway is 10-15 mins walking. The apartment is on the top floor of Alena’s private residence and offers a good view from the balcony. It can accommodate 3 people comfortably. Old town is 25 mins away. Good place!

Such a beautiful apartment, looks even better than the pictures. The location is super central but off on a more quiet road. We really had an amazing stay thank you so much!

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

Spacious, clean house with spacious rooms, large terrace on sun and large, well maintained garden with sun and shade. Last 100m access road is a bit narrow and stylish (doable) and then you come to a unique location. Thomas, who lives in the other part of the property, responds kindly, quickly and adequately if you ask something and remains out of the picture if you don't need him. We were lucky to have a week of beautiful weather (sun and 32-34°). Only point of comment: we would have liked 2 instead of 1 towel(s) per person.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect for switching off and relaxing. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always approachable without being intrusive. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. It really had everything you need – from kitchen utensils to small extras that make everyday life easier. The garden is also a real highlight: beautifully landscaped, well maintained and ideal for playing, reading or simply relaxing in the countryside. Overall, a place to stay that we can fully recommend. Especially for families or anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time in a pleasant environment. We will be happy to come back!

The place is as in the pictures. The apartment is very large and the absolute highlight is the associated terrace. We felt very comfortable! Communication with Petra was hassle-free. She sent us the most important information in advance, check-in was easy and Petra gave us some tips for our stay. I highly recommend the place! :)

The apartment is perfect to visit Dresden or Prague by car.

We (2 people) took a break in the magical bungalow for an extended weekend. The place is really ideal to recharge a bit of strength and has plenty of space. During the day you can take hikes, read in the garden and relax in front of the fireplace or bathtub in the evening. In the village of Ruzova there are a few restaurants (opening hours in the low season sometimes only on weekends) and a small supermarket - overall everything is rather quiet and relaxed. Thank you - the place is a dream!
