We offer accommodation in a modern renovated studio in a beautiful villa built in 1905 in a quiet part of Dubí. The studio is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. The accommodation is on the first floor. So consider whether you like stairs. There's another apartment below you. Everyone has their own private entrance and their own terrace. The accommodation is located in the village, so sometimes you can hear grass mowing or wood cutting. There is also a bike path.

Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Small, cozy apartment with a large natural garden that you can use on the south side of the Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.
