House vacation rentals in Urla

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

Mr. Özden welcomed us warmly and sincerely at home on the first day and shared all the information about the house with us. There were all the tools and equipment at home. The location of the house is very nice and easy, we were able to go to all places in 15-20 minutes. Thanks to Mr. Özden's posts, we felt at home.

Wonderful, beautifully-restored old house in a great location. The little terrace is a highlight. We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her quick and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at the house for a night to get away from the city crowd and relax on my own. It was the same as the photos. It's nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The loft ambiance, the jacuzzi enjoyment was great. I'm thinking of renting it out again for the winter season to enjoy the fireplace. I really felt at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

We felt very comfortable, especially the terrace for breakfast, we thought it was great. There was enough space for four people and the decor was very nice. We'd book with Merve again on our next vacation.

We spent a pleasant weekend in this beautiful house where we stayed with our friends. Ms. Özlem is very thoughtful, she never lacked interest from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need. Don't think about it for a delightful stay. You will be satisfied with the village of Barbaros, where you can have a peaceful environment and plenty of nature walks. Thank you again, see you again.

Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was really a highlight of our vacation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is very well maintained and of high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: In a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of the stay, and he provided quick and solution-oriented responses to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone call, her sincere and friendly voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we have a house in Çeşme that we will come back to:) Everywhere was spotless, sparkling clean, smelled like cleanliness:) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect. It was a very nice and very thoughtful gesture of Ms. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while seeing us off. We thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother Ms. Sebiha again for everything.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

We had a great family vacation and a great time at the house. Korhan and his family were very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions. The house fully met our expectations and also the fast accessibility of various restaurants, shopping and the beaches within a few minutes by car was great. Nothing in this world is perfect and I could certainly name 1-2 things that were not 100%, but overall we were more than satisfied and would book this place again and again. We felt at home during our stay. They were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. We had a very enjoyable holiday. If I come to Cesme again, I will choose it again. We thank Ms. Sevcan and her family very much. 💜

It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

Mr. Enis provided quick responses and solutions to all our requests. Great location of the house. It was tidy and clean. We were very pleased. Just because the neighbor's balcony is so close, you can't help but be friendly, we got along with the neighbors and had no problems. Thanks for everything.

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

The house was generally very clean. As expected, the house met all the needs. Two bedrooms are arranged for 4 people to stay, but the sofa in one of the other rooms was relatively small for an adult male. If the number of people to stay is more than 2 double beds, the sofas do not give the same comfort, unfortunately. The house was very useful. The garden was not maintained, the garden was surrounded by weeds, if it is not intended to be used outside the sofa set in the garden, it is not very important. Overall, it was a stay we were satisfied with. The hosts were proactive and we received quick responses to all our questions. It is easy to reach the coastal parts of the city and the center by car.

We had a very comfortable experience because he was not a host with tremendous interest, but a family member who explained everything in detail and left no question marks. The location of the house is enough with more. Shopping, entertainment, sea and walking are possible within walking distance. The house is quite comfortable, the items are more than enough. Everything you will feel at home is available. We had a pleasant time on the terrace with a panaoramic sea view.
