Courtyard Hideaway is a beautiful home. We had a group of six adults and were very comfortable with the large living spaces. The house is beautifully decorated with great furniture and art. I would highly recommend this location for stay in NOLA!

Would definitely stay here again. Very cute and the street parking was convenient. Amy was very responsive throughout the stay and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

Made the stay very easy and it was in a great location near the airport but also close to good restaurants and not too far from downtown. Loved the big loving room for lots of people to hangout. The host was responsive to our questions as well.

We stayed at Daphne's home for a week, during which we got married. We could not have chosen a better location or space to be our temporary home during this important and magical week. We would absolutely recommend her home to any and all that are looking. Not only was the home clean, comfortable, and spacious; but it was also very close to exciting music venues and historic restaurants and bars. Her decorations paid homage to many New Orleans traditions and classic places. We are so happy that we found the Frenchmen Street Guesthouse and we only hope to stay there again soon.

This is a beautiful home and Nathalie is the perfect host. We had a fantastic stay in New Orleans and the Bywater is our favourite area. It’s quiet and peaceful but full of great bars and restaurants. It’s also walkable into the French Quarter. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with a few special touches. We will definitely be booking again.

The French Quarter Mansion is a wonderful place to stay. The accomodations are classic New Orleans charm with just the right amount of modern ammenities. The apartments are very unique have so much charm. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in an old school charming flat with loads of character.

This lovely space is a gem! Folwell’s communication made check-in effortless; coffee and water provided was a nice touch. This is a beautifully restored space which felt like our own oasis in the heat of New Orleans. This location is a perfect home-base to explore on foot and we took advantage of the French Quarter, Bywater, and beyond. We hope to stay here again when in the area and strongly recommend others do the same!

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

The place was beautifully furnished. Very spacious for a group of 7. All basic amenities were provided as listed. The only downside was that the area did not feel safe at all and it’s far from downtown. Street parking was tight and limited especially at night since other people parked there to go to nearby restaurants. Public transport is also extremely unreliable. The street car that’s “4 minutes away” never came. We looked online for the schedule (which was inaccurate) and even asked bus drivers but they didn’t even seem to know and suggested we take the bus instead. For this reason, I don’t think this is a convenient location. If you want to explore downtown I’d recommend finding a place downtown.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!

The bnb was pristinely clean and beautiful! The back porch was a nice touch for our Sunday breakfast. Everyone felt safe, and slept very well. Safe neighborhood, and centrally located to many attractions. We’ll definitely utilize this bnb again for future visits.

Tia was a great host who has a very clean and well appointed house in a fantastic neighborhood. Very charming and very New Orleans. We loved our experience here and would come back to stay again.

Our stay at the Legendary Prudhomme Chateau near FR QT was nothing short of exceptional. The chateau’s beauty captivated us, providing a luxurious backdrop to our holiday between December 26, 2023, and January 1, 2024. The team present on the property were the epitome of professionalism and respect, catering to our needs with grace and efficiency. Their flexibility and understanding regarding family visits added a warm and personal touch to our wonderful experience. It’s evident that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! We will stay here every time we come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was such a cute space within walking distance to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The outdoor area was huge and had space to relax and hang with friends. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool was amazing after long days in the sun. Highly recommend!
