This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
