The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

The house is in a peaceful location but only 15 minutes from the central station by car, buses often go down to the center, 15 minutes walking distance to the bus. Here you will be able to enjoy a peaceful environment with nature next to the fireplace in the winter and pool with large pool deck in the summer. The pool is heated between June 1 - August 31, so 27 degrees around the clock :) I'm absolutely sure you're going to love spending the days in this house just like I and my kids do. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
