Monthly Rentals in Upper Tamar Lake

We had a great stay visiting friends in Kilkhampton. Everything about the property was as described. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The TV is large and sofas comfy. The beds were comfortable. I slept in the room with two single beds and had to put them together as they were quite narrow and more suitable for children. The shower is very good- hot and powerful. Parking is easy and convenient. My mother could not access the shower which is within the bath, so worth considering accessibility if this is a factor for future guests reading this- my bad to be honest. Electricity uses a pay-as-you-go meter. Top-up cards are available from the nearby holiday complex office (3 minute walk from the property). However it is only open for 3 hours a day in the afternoon and not Sundays. We stayed during a very cold week in March and spent £55 on electricity for the week as we had to use the elec heaters a fair amount which was quite alarming! No doubt it would be alot cheaper in summer

Wow! Both Broxwater Shippon & Robbie exceeded our expectations. The air BnB was stunning, clean and had everything we needed. The open plan setting is perfect for a weekend away with family. Robbie was extremely flexible, responsive and friendly- she made us feel right at home and nothing was too much trouble. She provided lots of recommendations too which made our weekend so much easier to plan. The stay was the perfect relaxing rural retreat to recharge! We would 100% recommend to everyone and would love to go back.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Hannah’s place. Lovely accommodation and Hannah was very welcoming. Good location for getting out and about and seeing Cornwall. We found the information book helpful with places to eat etc

A lovely little find. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing was forgotten. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in Devon then I highly recommend swallow Parlour
