Vacation rentals with a patio in Upper Normandy

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

I spent 3 and a half very pleasant days at Julien's. He is a particularly welcoming, attentive and caring host, who ensures that his guests lack nothing. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos and description: clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Everything comes together for a great stay in Rouen, a short walk from the city center. The value for money is very reasonable. A big thank you to Julien for his warm welcome! I would recommend it in a second.

One of my favourite Air BnBs ! Such a beautiful place with plenty of room for all of us. We felt incredibly comfortable. Its well located with shops and restaurants within close proximity as well as public transport. Communication was excellent from the point of booking and the place was very clean. Merci hosts!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

The apartment is fantastic and very well situated for metro access if you are okay with 5-10 minutes walking. The space has a gorgeous terrace that is more beautiful than the photographs. Each room below has its own balcony. Paul is a very gracious and kind host who went out of his way to accommodate us when we had a medical emergency on the morning of our checkout, and then followed up several days later to check in with us about whether everything is okay. He is accessible, coming to fix broken lights halfway through our stay - he really takes good care and is very kind, very rare to see; he has our respect and appreciation.

This lovely presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. Maybe not very suitable with babies because of the lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

A beautiful house with a nice garden. The ping pong table has been used frequently. And with the beach and a small supermarket nearby!

In one word: paradise! In addition to the sense of hospitality and the absolutely extraordinary kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, what struck us the most and that we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this almost timeless place. That being said, enjoying the pool, having lunch in the sun, contemplating the river that flows peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling in the cocoon that is this mill once night falls, also delighted us. It's very simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is so strong and the fear that it will not be available is present.

Everything was perfect and especially the kindness of our hosts

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was self contained and had very good facilities. We enjoyed our brief morning trip exploring quiet places by the river and lakes nearby and we hope to spent time in this area for a longer visit in this Airbnb. Next time we will look for the swallows!

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

A stay with friends in Fultot at Carline and Yann's. What can I say except that we had an extraordinary stay!! Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very clean, very functional, everything is designed to make us feel at home. The setting is just sublime and everything to keep you entertained (swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque court, ping pong table) without forgetting the outdoor bar with its large TV. As for the owners Carline and Yann, we quickly became friends as they are adorable, attentive, available but discreet. In the end, we felt like we were staying with friends. Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Apartment in a great location, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you are in the center of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to vacationers, with attentions in the reception. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Accommodation fully compliant and even beyond, David thought of a whole bunch of practical amenities. Ideally located, feet in the water! Quiet! And great bedding (which is rare on a sofa). Would definitely stay again.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We were very warmly received and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The location is great, overlooking the harbor. It is a good base for exploring the area, Etretat, Veules-les-Roses and Dieppe. There are some good restaurants within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.
