Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Words can’t accurately describe how incredible this place is. It’s easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever seen. It’s filled with so many unique and delightful touches, it’s so clean and cozy. We did not want to leave!!

The place had everything that we needed, the community was excellent, the neighborhood was lovely, and it was close to outdoor activities that we were excited about. The house was very nice with comfortable beds well maintained and well stocked.

Great stay. The only thing I suggest is cleaning the grill as we couldn’t use it like we were hoping since it was dirty and the bottom looked like it was about to fall out. Also the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy - but we didn’t have any issues! Comfortable beds, good coffee, stocked kitchen, great amenities. Thanks for hosting us! :)

As I opened the front door I was captured by the view through the house out the back, absolutely amazing. I had a very relaxing time in the home. Turning on the lighted fireplace in the evening is beautiful. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The kitchen had all the cookware, appliances and spices I could have hoped for. The beds had very comfortable mattresses. Sitting on the back deck was a perfect zen like experience gazing off at the fields and hills in the distance. The fitness center had a decent workout area with machines and free weights. I also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub/pool. I’ll definitely rebook the next time I’m in town.

Crater Lake, Infrared Sauna, River View & Access!

If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and just take in the nature of your vacation, this is the place for you! As soon as you walk in, if the drapes are open, you get a panoramic view of the river and trees around you. There were a bunch of baby ducklings when we were there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is so big with a great table to hang out and play games with the family on. We packed our ice chests up with the our meals for the whole stay. You will be next to a dollar general and there is a pretty big gas station convenience store down the street as well. But you will pay extra there for the items you need. Just make sure to pack aluminum foil or parchment paper and some measuring cups if your making a recipe that call for it. There is a coffee maker and dishwasher which is always welcomed in a rental 😊 We didn’t use the sauna but we did use the kayak and the canoe. That was such a great bonus to this place! Oh and you get to park your car in the garage!

The home was spotless and well-maintained. We had a great stay with our three kids—very cozy, private, and comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit.
