Feel free to bring your toys; plenty of room for boats, snowmobiles and ATV’s. There is enough room for a quick baseball game or a corn hole tournament.

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots.
