Charming Two Bedroom House With Large Fenced Yard

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake. The lake is great for paddling but can be too much algae sometimes for swimming.

Intimate setting with access to sauna in backyard. Also my massage studio, so you will find my tools and supplies around. Queen Tempur- Pedic Murphy style bed. My hydraulic massage table is also available for sleeping or can convert into a recliner. Wifi, AC/heat, TV, stand up shower, simple kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, French press, utensils etc. Free parking, a 150ft walk to house. Not handi-cap accommodating. This cabin is remote and is tucked in the woods. There are 3 lodges close by with great restaurants. Harriman' s is the closest. The cabin sleeps six comfortably. King bed, queen bed and two twin beds. Walking distance or short drive to crater lake zip line, lots of beautiful hiking trails, miles of lake to canoe or kayak. Only 45 miles to crater lake.
