Vacation rentals with a patio in Upper Grand Lagoon

This place was PERFECT, steps to the pool from our back patio and steps to private beach access. We have never stayed on Thomas Dr before and have definitely been missing out. It was 30 minutes from Pier Park (due to traffic) but if was great to be away from the hustle of the downtown. The place felt really homey and it had everything you needed and if you forgot anything it was there. We were greeted with a snack bucket, beach towels, cooler for the beach, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. She thought of everything. We are definably going to rent this unit again.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

Absolutely great little place to stay- I would even say the beach is closer than 5 minutes away! The guests left us treats in the freezer and pamphlet upon pamphlet of great eateries and things to do. Would absolutely stay again!

It was a great way to spend our 20th wedding anniversary. I would definitely like to book the same spot on my next vacation.

I was only in town for one night on a long road trip and just needed a place to crash—but wow, I wasn’t expecting this. The view from the 13th floor was unreal, and the whole space felt calm and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t need to unpack much at all—everything I could’ve needed was already here. The bed was insanely comfortable, the check-in was easy, and I actually felt like I rested. If this is what a quick stop can feel like, I can only imagine staying longer.

joe is great! he is so good at communicating and checking in on you to make sure you’re good. will definitely be staying here again!

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

The host was great! The beach house was nice lots of space and amenities! We loved the bikes and short walk to the beach! Nice and clean would book again!

Jennifer was a great host! The house was very clean and cute! It was in a great location as well, easily walkable to st Andrew’s downtown for a coffee run to Amavida! Would definitely recommend to a friend .

This location was amazing! The condo itself slept 4 of us very comfortably. The beds were also so comfortable! Beautiful balcony. Two amazing pools right downstairs. Definitely stay here to be on top of the beach! Would stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and polite.

It is a great place to stay in general. I enjoyed the flexible check-in/out time the host approved. The only thing I might bring up is the two of the lights in the fan don’t work. Otherwise it’s a pleasant experience!

We had a great time. We arrived a little early and Nicole helped us in and it was really a lifesaver. We rented a golf cart from motorsports and it was really nice to go back-and-forth to the beach. The walk was really nice as well. Nicole had so many thoughtful items at the house that we didn’t have to worry about bringing we loved everything. Check out was just as easy having the pool at the house was really nice for the little ones as well as an adults.

Crystal is very very responsive and very good at communicating she is was an awesome host! The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, it was very clean when we arrived, the beds are extremely comfortable! The rooms are bigger in person than they look on the pics to me, the back patio is so cute and she already has beach toys and chairs for you which is so handy. OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful condo, right on the beach, amazing view. Carla gave very clear instructions, check in and check out were a breeze. We had a wonderful stay.

I slept like a baby—which can be hard to do when I travel, especially in hotels! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. We were right on the beach, and the view was even more amazing than I imagined—absolutely breathtaking. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. Truly the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! Away from the chaos of central PCB. Easy access to the beach. Great pool. Condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great for our family with a toddler.

Eric’s place is decorated beautifully. The view of the beach is top notch and our kids loved all three pools! Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to use stairs and not wait for elevators. Eric’s unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. I will say OUTSIDE of his unit, through out the condo, smelt like cigarette smoke, which we did not like. All in all, it was a nice stay and conveniently located to lots of good restaurants and shopping!

The stay was great and Mira was very attentive the whole stay.

This house was perfect for our Bachelorette trip!! The condo has the BEST Sandbar outside, and staff there were so friendly!! The condo was a perfect location from restaurants and things to do!! Ryan’s condo was wonderful and balcony was perfect to sit on and view the ocean!

Lidiya was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again for sure. I left behind some items and she mailed them back to me the same day.

This condo is absolutely perfect for families! We stayed with our 2-year-old and 5-year-old, and they had the best time. The bunk bed setup was sweet, and the little kids’ table was such a thoughtful touch. We loved having the beach chairs—it made hanging out by the ocean so easy and relaxing. The pools, lazy river, and splash pad were amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We’d absolutely come back if we get the chance!
