Wir bieten ein großzügiges Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen. Unser Haus ist allergikerfreundlich. Das Haus bietet: vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Toaster, etc.. Auf dem Dach ist eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher mit der die Energieversorgung des Hauses und der hochmodernen Luftwärmepumpe klimafreundlich und rund um die Uhr gewährleistet ist!

Genieße mit allen Sinnen die Natur. Du wohnst hoch am Hang und überblickst die weitläufige Weiden der Galloways. Bei klarem Wetter siehst du die einzelnen Berge der Berchtesgadener Alpen. Du wohnst in einem nagelneuen Blockhaus im Almstil, gebaut aus Kiefernholz vom eigenen Wald. Direkt auf der Terrasse findest du einen Whirlpool mit 38°C. Lass dich massieren oder genieße die Ruhe mit Blick ins Tal. Du kannst die Sterne beobachten und mit einem Gläschen Prosecco auf deinen Urlaub anstoßen.

Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
