Almost all of the furniture has been laid out or restored in our carpentry shop itself. All apartments are wheelchair accessible and largely suitable for wheelchair users. Cozy first floor apartment in the oldest district of Bad Tölz, near Schlossplatz and Marktstraße. The house is 250 years old and lovingly renovated. On 35 sqm there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (optionally 90 x 200 or 2 x 90 x 200, in the second case a low bed depth and a confined space should be considered). Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm) Always happy to ask about the city and surroundings.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.

Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles.
